They are shills. They may be nice people too, to be honest I don’t know, but they are shills…. It’s like voting for a candidate endorsed by Dick Cheney. Ewwwwww.
You know there has to be an ulterior motive, somewhere.

You need to know the following:
1. Joanne Johansen was not recruited by Rodel et el. In part she was recruited by me. I am helping to manage her campaign. She is a 1981 Dickinson graduate, who has been working in Red Clay schools for over a decade, and has two children in the system.
2. Joanne has never talked to Voices, and her campaign has never coordinated anything with Voices. She is nobody’s shil, and quite honestly often tells me to shut up when she doesn’t agree with my input.
3. Even Mike Matthews, Kenny Rivera’s campaign manager, admits that Voices only endorsed Joanne because DSEA endorsed Kenny, and that if DSEA had endorsed her, they’d have endorsed Kenny. If there is a plot, Joanne isn’t in on it.
4. Neither Kenny nor Joanne has said a single negative thing about the other in the entire campaign, nor has any negative material appeared in any campaign material. Both have talked about their vision for Red Clay.
5. You may have concerns about Voices in the process, I do, too. But I also have concerns about the million dollars DSEA has spent on electioneering over the past five years.
My point; I do not believe you should include Joanne in the “vote against” category simply based on Voices and your admitted lack of knowledge about her as a candidate.
