As one can see, the Republicans, though fewer in number, received a higher percentage of votes except for the Long Neck Elementary School in precent 8.

It is not possible to tell at this time if the high Republican vote tallies were because of Republicans coming out to vote in droves, or, was it that Democratic voters decided to vote for Greg Hastings. But judging from some of the uncharacteristic low vote totals of the Democratic candidate, it looks like many Democrats voted Republican.

Could it be for wind? Lynn Bullock was pro coal NRG. The NRG plant is in this district. Lynn Bullock was extremely vocal on supporting NRG power.

If the majority party, with an excellent candidate is unable to keep it’s own party from switching, then the Democratic party needs to wake up and embrace the wind………
