In a very horrifying case involving student data, parents of children who were forced to give private information to an outside private entity in order to  comply with Common Core, now find, their data is up for sale,… to the highest bidder whomever that might be….

It appears that calm assurances of total privacy made by governors and Secretaries of Education, don’t stand up in bankruptcy court.  There,… assets are assets, and must be sold.  Student information, it appears is very valuable……

ConnectEDU filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy in April, listing between $10 million and $50 million in liabilities against less than $10 million in assets, according to its petition. Last July, the company was awarded a grant worth nearly $500,000 from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to build an innovative technology platform that would empower students to master Common Core standards

Over 20 million student records are at stake.  Although the bankrupt company ConnectEDU made assurances that its data would be destroyed in the event of a corporate takeover, it’s new owner does not agree… North Atlantic Capital, a Portland, Me.-based venture capital fund, is arguing that as in all bankruptcy sales, previous agreements are null and void….  The data is an asset and should now belong to the new owners…

The FTC is weighing in on the side of protecting the children… It is arguing that every parent receive a letter and that if the parent checks deleting the data, the new owners will delete the data….   The new owners don’t want to do this…. Just think of 20 million stamps being licked in Boston.

Here is where it stands…

The current law, which has been in effect since Alexander Hamilton, says the data now goes to the new owner who can do with it, whatever he wishes….

The FTC is trying to use moral tactics bullying the investors into doing the right thing…

It could go either way.

All I’m saying here…. is we told you so… Once the genie gets out of the box…. there is no putting her back…..  Once your child’s data goes on to the internet, there is no getting it back.

(Red Clay and Wilmington Charter Schools paid $10,550 this year to ConnectEDU…. and $10,060 the previous year)   Those children’s data is now up for sale.

We told you so….

Sometimes one of the exercises one must go through in executive training is a workshop where one puts oneself in another’s shoes.  This exercise broadens the perspective of a budding young exec and gives them the rare view not often allowed, of seeing his own problems from his adversaries’ perspective…

Since one is too often, too deep in one’s own crises to think objectively, the formula is to take one’s own fears, correlate them in a fabricated  parallel situation,  and then role play….  The lesson is that things are often not as simple and clear cut as one naturally assumes, where one sees themselves as good, thereby making all against them,  evil…

So, with your indulgence….

May 1st, 2014….

A flash mob of armed farmers stormed the Capitol building in Harrisburg today and took control of the building.  The police officers were disarmed and allowed to leave.  Hostages are still inside.

May 2nd.

The police of Harrisburg have surround the capitol, but are dwarfed as crowds approaching a million have spontaneously  poured in from across Pennsylvania’s countryside in support of the demonstrators inside.  The police are taunted and are awaiting reinforcements.

Late afternoon riot police from Philadelphia, with heavy machinery, have arrived. They are expected to  storm the building at dawn.  The Governor of PA has now officially called this an illegal takeover and has stressed that the supporters give up and go home.

May 3rd.  At dawn the Philadelphia police storm the building and with guns blazing, meet fierce resistance. They pull back. The crowds have grown larger as Patriot Groups across the nation have sounded the alarm. Volunteers are pouring in from all over the United States.  The Tea Party is now calling for the overthrow of the entire government of PA  and the formulation of a new one, more closely aligned to the needs of the country music loving people of rural Pennsylvania….

May 4th.  The governor again calls the meeting illegal but the crowds are bigger than the police. It is a stalemate.

May 5th.  The federal government has negotiated an agreement between the governor and the demonstrators.  The demonstration will be dismissed, and the governor will listen to the needs of the Tea Party and the patriots.

Late afternoon, Sheriff Arapao  from Hokey, Dokey Arizona, has called for the elimination of the governor, to be replaced by a constitutional sheriff as head of an interim government.

May 6th.  Shots were fired into the crowd by unknown assailants. 100 demonstrators were killed. In the morning the crowd, angered, stormed the capitol to find it empty, doors and files all unlocked, and computer running.   No one has seen the governor or his officers.

May 7th.  Still no sign of the governor.  The head of the Harrisburg Patriot Group declared himself as head of the interim government.  and his followers to be the legislative body.  In rapid succession they passed several measures….  Taxes were abolished. Slavery of the Negro reinstated. Government welfare abolished.  English only could be spoken. No restrictions on buying or selling weaponry of any kind.  All questions of legality would be handled by the interim government.  And it was also deemed legal to kill any man, woman, or child,  for not going to what was considered a “true Christian” church on Sunday morning…

May 8th.  Rejoicing erupts spontaneously in the mountains and  countryside of  PA… South-eastern PA is in shock.  Particularly among the dominant Afro-American population, Hispanics, Asians and Muslims.   City leaders governing Philadelphia and surrounding counties,  say they will respect the interim government’s authority as being that of the state, and try to hold Pennsylvania together… “We are still one state” they say “and will work within the framework provided.”.. There is considerable angst among the blacks however…

May 9th.  The US  Navy pulls into the Philadelphia Shipyard, where hundreds of mothballed ships lie.   The US says it is simply protecting its assets.   Civic groups call for the US to send in additional troops to protect Philadelpians.  They say they would rather remain in the US than become part of this new Pennsylvania run by Tea Partiers gone amok.

Sheriff Arapao calls on the US not to interfere or intervene and says doing so will be seen as an act of aggression toward the patriots and the US will suffer dire consequences if they do.

The US responds that an Arizona Sheriff has no jurisdiction in Philadelphia.

May 11th.  Reports that multiple convoys of armored personal carriers have crossed the Walt Whitman and Ben Franklin bridges and have now entered Philadelphia.  Conveys were also reported seen along I 95 in Delaware and heading north upwards  through Chester, and also up from Maryland along Route 1….

May 12th… The US reports it is not acquiring Philadelphia, but is merely setting a perimeter to protect its new base in the shipyard.  Sheriff Arapao is calling on the complete removal of all troops except for the original ones originally located in the shipyard.  The US responds that given the violent antics of the Tea Party in Harrisburg, they simply don’t have the trust factor with this new regime to do so.

May 12th.  The ousted governor  of PA surfaces and holds a press conference in Washington DC and calls for the reinstatement of  his government,  calling the coup an illegal use of force and an action condoned by no laws or precedents.

Citizens in Philadelphia hold massive demonstrations along the Ben Franklin Parkway in support of a future US occupation.  Tea Partiers are holed up in their militia armories,  blockaded and surrounded by US forces.  There has been no bloodshed reported.

May 13th.  The interim government of Tea Partiers has called on the US to leave.  The US now has said it is there to stay….  Sheriff Arapao contends that the US is planning to take over all of Eastern PA.  The US says that should be decided by referendum,  the people have the right to choose with whom they wish to be governed.   Sheriff Arapao says that is unfair because everyone knows that in such a vote, most of urban PA would side with staying in the US and not elect to be under the rowdy independence of a sheriff and his posse….

May 14th.  Local Tea Party citizens not affiliated with the interim government descend upon the Mexican community of Hazelton and set fire to houses of Mexicans and burn their cars…

May 15th… African communities across the state of PA, and particularly in Pittsburgh, reported sightings of armed men in white robes and several crosses were burned in Three Rivers Point.  There were also reported incidents of bricks thrown through windows of minority businesses.

May 16th.  Breaking. The interim government just issued a proclamation on sheepskin that declares that no Afro-Americans, no low income, and no Mexicans will be hither allowed in public schools or public buildings. They use is only for white people.

The US immediately calls on them to change, staying those with colored skin that is darker than white, also have rights as well.  Sheriff Arapao says the posse do, what the posse do. That is what freedom is… sometimes.

May 17th.  The US puts 40,000 troops along the extended border of PA.  Is says it is for field training  Sheriff Arapao calls it provocative and sends out a call for patriots everywhere to matriculate into PA to fight the US imperialists.

May 18th.  Armed  personal waving US flags occupy the West Chester Courthouse this morning . There was no blood shed.  All participants appearing to be afro-Americans, were masked, well organized and said wore American flags on their logos.

The interim government called it an act of war, and from a hill top of Arizona, Sheriff Arapao called upon Americans to abandon their diets and all drink milkshakes, to apply pressure by shaming the ineffectiveness of Michelle Obama’s healthy diet plan.   The US laughed at that retaliation, but Sheriff Arapao claimed it would be highly effective  for it would piss off the real power inside the White House…

Meanwhile the interim Tea Party government said it was in a financial crisis.  It had no money to pay anyone, it was unable to maintain any governmental services.

May 19th —  Early this morning Delaware County courthouse was stormed by what they said were local separatists but all had the same markings as did those in West Chester.  The courthouse was quietly taken over, as well as the water plant and sewer.

In West Chester, members of the wealthy neighborhoods who tended to support the Tea Party’s call of no taxes, demonstrated in front of the occupied West Chester courthouse… They were soon outmatched, and overrun by counter demonstrations of relatively poorer African Americans who quickly took control of the street.

May 20th  Demonstrators took over the city building in Montgomery PA today.  Tea partiers with the help of the PA national guard surrounded the building and set fire to it, after boarding the doors to prevent escape.  48  pro US demonstrators died.

Sheriff Arapao blamed the deaths on the US, saying they were creating the demonstrations and thus forced these 48 to die.  The US countered saying most Afro Americans are very concerned that the official potion of the Pennsylvania  government is to have them enslaved, and has already banned them from public schools and public buildings, and in this case who were basically doing what was done by the Tea Party originally at the capitol building in Harrisburg.

Sheriff Arapao called the US a liar and called upon all Americans to punish the US by not eating broccoli this time… (Take that Michelle)….

Meanwhile the neighboring states of New York, Ohio, and New Jersey have been working on a deal with the Tea Partiers and the US government.   It would involve PA’s borders remaining intact, but give autonomy over each region to that regions’ inhabitants, based on their choices in that election.  It would give US control over Philadelphia.

The Tea Party says no deal on elections or future government will be made until the US is completely removed from their territory.  The US replies that they will stay until the Tea Party can show they are responsible citizens, willing to let others have rights too.

May 21– The Tea Party with the help of their patriot Vietnam vets flying confiscated national guard helicopters,  attacked the strongholds in eastern PA taking over all.  8 people died in the gun battles, several innocent bystanders hit by stray fire.  The total dead is over 50.  The separatists loyal to the US, quickly retake the buildings after the air power has left.

May 22 — Sheriff Arapao and the interim government call upon the US to move its troops back from the border.  The US replies it has, but Sheriff Arapao says his patriots tell him it is not so….

And that is where Ukraine as seen by Russia is today… It is ironic and sad that due to normal human nature, simply because we Americans been told that Putin is “bad” by people (Sarah Palin) who we don’t really know well, or don’t know if we can trust even at all (Fox News) , how quickly it taints us to jump to that very conclusion, with no supporting facts… Anyone who states an cautionary opinion otherwise, quickly gets pooh-poo’d by the tiny little minds here in the US..

But when roles are reversed, Putin’s own account seems very plausible.  As we go forward, we must ask ourselves why the US today in our real world is now playing the role of Sheriff Arapao in the pretend one above…  Is it because there are many moles of Sheriff Arapao replicated and buried within our real government, today?  People who perhaps, don’t really care about being right or wrong, … but just want a war they’ve been planning in such detail all these years… to finally happen?

Did you ever notice how a fight starts on a elementary school playground? A stare down, and obviously neither wants to do it. but neither wants to hear the taunts of “chicken” either…  It starts with one bystander… “Fight, fight, fight, fight,” and gets picked up by his accomplice, “fight, fight, fight, fight,”,,, and then his toady joins in… “fight, fight, fight, fight,” and then innocent bystanders flocking to the sudden outburst, who really have nothing to win or lose but just want some relief from their boredom, find themselves captured and joining in… “fight, fight, fight, fight,,,”…

Maybe they will fight; maybe they won’t… but usually when they don’t…. it is only because an adult stepped into the fight zone and took control…..

The real problem today, is those yelling “fight, fight, fight, fight” inside our nation’s beltway….  They will always be there too.  Whether to push Kennedy into the Bay of Pigs, or the US and NATO into a war with Russia.

For them, it is all the same.

Sitting with an accumulation a large number of people gathered for the holidays, and the feature is an  old Star Trek move… “The Wrath of “something or other….

Someone surprisingly about 25 years old piques up… “Oh look!  It’s that guy from .;… Priceline.!….”

Dear Kavips:

In response to your asking, here is why I went to the meeting in Newark High School for the Power Plant.  My boss made me.  I was pissed off about it because I was suppose to go to my first grader” concert that night, and had to miss it.   I got the call at 4:00 from my boss and was told I had to go there ASAP.  I said WTF for and he said it was important.  I said my daughter is more important, and he said, he could let me go that very day if I didn’t show up for this meeting….

I had to call out of a service call and postpone it till the next day to make the trek up there. and get inside.  I saw a lot of other HVAC vans and many that I trained with so it wasn’t all bad I guess.

Sad thing is, I don’t even want the power plant cause I live downwind from it right off Rt. 4, behind the ShopRite…. I think a lot of others were forced like me to go, because we all weren’t too happy to have to be there… But, gotta do what the boss man says….

Signed…

(your buddy)

In 2011, 46.2 million people in the US were living in poverty and the nation’s official poverty rate was 15 percent, up from 14.3 percent in 2009, according to the US Census Bureau. That figure appears to be the highest number seen in the 52 years for which poverty estimates have been recorded…

The predominant face of the poor is white.

Economic insecurity among whites is said to be more common than is shown in the government’s poverty data, engulfing over 76 percent of white adults by the time they turn 60..

Economic  insecurity approaching 76%….. How does this end the middle class designation?

Let us review what is the middle class.  It is the class in the middle… Start and stop points and change depending on who want to show what, but for the most part, the middle class would have a center point around the 50% margin… Hence: middle class….

10%     20%     30%     40%     50%     60%     70%     80%     90%

                            XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Sort of what you’d expect… the area above the poverty line and just below the rich……But based on current data now released from the Census Bureau, (and this is no secret to people in public schools) over 80% of America has been at or below poverty levels in its lifetime… It really doesn’t matter when.  You could be financially stable through your whole life and then get termed at age 60.  The effect is the same. You could face 50% age group unemployment right out of college and use odd jobs and part time jobs to stay alive. The effect is the same.  The mark today is that 80% face economic insecurity.  Can we just call that poor?  Isn’t that the definition of poor?  Someone who doesn’t have enough to be secure in today’s society?

Therefore if we take the middle of those from where the poor end at 80%, then we get a middle class graphic looking like this:

10%     20%     30%     40%     50%     60%     70%     80%     90%                                                                                                            XXX

This is the official version of today’s America rendered by the US Census bureau…. Times have changed…

Compare that to where it was under Bill Clinton in 1999 before Republicans took over….

10%     20%     30%     40%     50%     60%     70%     80%     90%

                             XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

No offense to my Republican friends but this (which sad to say is exactly what I predicted in 2000), is what you get when you don’t tax progressively. We now have only 2 classes; The 1%  and the 99%.

The fix? Is to tax the top 1% who can well afford even a purely theoretical 100% taxation without hardship, and use that money for jobs…. Just jobs. More government contracts.  This is America’s quick answer… and it must be decided in this election 2014 that we will take it.  Against all odds, we need both chambers in Democrats’ hands., not for Democrats, but for America. It’s the only way is to defeat Republicanism… We are not talking individual candidates.  We are talking about a philosophy that stresses the lazy poor 80% must continue to suffer even more to pay for the one percent’s excesses, and not as it should be, … the other way around…

Today, March 25th, the Supreme Court hears the Hobby Lobby case.

The question before the court is this:

If a law violates one’s religion, does one have to follow it?  We have by fortuity and circumstance, brought ourselves so low to  now ask of our court, to decide which of the two shall have predominance… Law or Religion.

If law wins, than religions must conform to the law; if religion wins, then to circumvent any law, one simply has to state it is against one’s religion.

There are good reasons for both sides, depending upon which predominates in your mind.  If you think religion is above the government, then obviously you will think that as an individual, your government shall not make you do something your religion tells you is wrong…. Basically the law is compelling you to sin.

We’ve seen it before.  Burkas:  your religions dictates you wear them, and the law says you can’t for safety reasons… Withholding medical care for a child,   your religion tells you to put faith into divine intervention, and when that turns out badly, the state sends you away for murder. Vaccinations.  your religion tells you no, but the government says yes…..

In all those cases religion lost;  here is why.

There were other people affected.  Religion is a deep personal internal experience.  and the law generally upholds that one has the right to adhere to doctrines if one wishes…. AS LONG AS THEY DO NOT HARM SOMEONE ELSE.   The canon of law is very clear, that hurting other people, cannot be excused on the account of ones religions… The Burka ban is to protect from human bombs.  The courts have said that if safety in a crowd  is an issue for many other people, then the law can be changed to violate the harm-giver’s religion.  The potential for harm controls the dynamics of the case.

Likewise the dead child not receiving medical care can be a very moving religious experience, but the child died.  He obviously was harmed ant therefore the law trumps religion. The potential for harm controls the dynamics of the case.

Again the same is true over withholding vaccinations.  Not being vaccinated creates a possible host-carrier for the disease sometime in the future…  It is not just the subject at risk for failing to become vaccinated.  Everyone else is susceptible to that carried organism.  The potential for harm to many controls the dynamics of the case.

So we turn to birth control. One of which is abortion.  Who could possibly be harmed over not insuring contraception?  Is it really as cut and dried as Rush Limbaugh speaks, when he says it is all about him paying  for Sandra Fluke to have sex?  He’s paying and it isn’t even with him?   Tant pis.

Prophylactics.  Who gets harmed?  That one is easy.  Every person who picks up HIV for one. For two, gonorrhea and syphilis. For three, someone getting the herpes virus.  Harm is endemic.  And like vaccinations, harm can be unsuspectingly spread to others. Lack of free contraception could cause multiple spouses irreparable harm through no fault or wrongdoing of their own.  Everyone has the right to intercourse, just as everyone has a right to their own Roth-IRA.  But not everyone has an Roth-IRA now, do they?  Many can’t afford it and so do without.  Same with contraception.  Therefore not funding free prophylactics causes irreparable harm to innocent people….

Chemicals, birth control pills and RU-486.   Who gets harmed if these are unavailable?  That one is easy.  The future baby (def: humanness does not  or will ever start until birth), the mother, the father, the grandparents, the great grandparents, the physician,  society in general, future taxpayers…  Quite a few harmed souls actually…. Withholding these birth control items is exactly on par with withholding antibiotics to a child dying from blood poisoning.  Just as the child is suffering needlessly through no fault on its own, so is the pregnant woman suffering as is her child, though no fault of their own.  Normally she would have gotten free contraception. But no, religion stepped in and now that is impossible.

Third is performed abortion.  This is an emotional topic, that some equate with murder.  The courts have flatly said it is not.  Life begins at birth, always has, always will.  Therefore performed abortions are perfectly legal, even though some people may not agree.  And here the law is clear.  They have the right to decide for themselves and not agree if they so choose, but they do not have any right to decide for others.  No one does. That is embedded in the foundation of our founding documents…. That is the definition of freedom.  One cannot say they for freedom and yet rail against choice.  That is a scientific impossibility.  Obviously what those well meaning people are trying to express is that they are all for freedom when it applies to them, but certainly not when it applies to others who have a different value system from them.  Enforcing the right to free abortions, is like allowing burkas to be worn without restriction, fully knowing that suicide bombers are rampant in the crowds around you…  Banning abortions for certain women, is the equivalent to telling the Israeli population, ” oh, sorry; no protection for you; you have to die if someone sets off a bomb, because you see, burkas are so sacred, we aren’t going to violate one of our tiny minority’s religious beliefs.  If someone smuggles a bomb in under one, sigh, oh well.

If you are sharp about your wits, you picked up the clue I left you in the paragraph above.  Right up there where I said..”they do not have any right to decide for others”…..  Probably Conservatives will pick it up faster than contraception supporters.  “Wait a minute” they will say, “see, that is exactly what you are doing to us by making us pay for contraception when we don’t want to cough up the money for it.  You are deciding for us, what we have to do…”

And that is exactly right….   We are.

If you remember up at the top of this piece of writing where I stated this case was to decide the supremacy of law versus religion? Well that is the caveat.  In religious circles we are deciding what one needs to do. We are saying that contraception will be available to everyone through their insurance free of charge….  In the legal realm that is the law.  You can choose to follow it or not.  If not, then beware of consequences.  Why just today, I saw a Toyota that by my guess, chose not to follow the posted speed limit.  He didn’t look too happy either….  We make decisions every day on whether to follow a law or not, and we choose to what degree we wish to comply… Some of us, unluckily, will pay a price….  But though angry, we really have no right to bring in religion….  Because it is a non-religious law….

In the religious world, we are however making a person (although admittedly in an extremely indirect and via a convoluted pathway, be associated with something he doesn’t wish…  However, that is not a problem of our governmental courts.  Religious issues are not in the bailiwick of the Supreme Court.  It decides issues of law and order, and is forbidden on deciding on religion. Instead, religious issues need to be decided by a denominational or religious court if their denomination should happen to have them… If not, they should then be decided by that religion’s Inquisition or equivalent…. Then through whatever authority those courts have, they need to exercise their options of enforcing those religious edicts in ways that do not run up against the laws of the land…

A second issue is whether information or facts on file inside a Delaware Courthouse is also a real person.  Are Corporations people too,  as Romney once said?  That is preposterous to even consider, but alas, so it will be one of the hinges on which this outcome depends.    The sole point of this case is that a corporation (Hobby Lobby) is so sad, it’s heartbroken that it will have to pay for contraception for its employees, it cries every night and has insomnia. It can’t urinate correctly and has irregular bowel movements.  As a result, this corporation is now suffering from malnutrition, and dehydration. Quite possibly, through all the duress and stress, this corporation has also suffered brain damage, causing its malignant depression.  It might even have cancer….

If a corporation is not a person, then this case is simply dismissed.  Corporations are subservient to human beings and therefore must confirm to the laws of the land in which they may find themselves.  But if a corporation IS a person, then we have a battle over which person suffers the most, if free birth control is abandoned…. or…. no longer free…

If a corporation IS deemed to be a person… the next question for discussion, is when does that person-hood begin…. Did it start when it is born, upon the signing of its documents?  Or, has it existed as a corporation ever since its idea was first conceived?

Today it is depicted as sml.  Or fml.  Loosely translated, it means “I’m screwed”….

When I was young, grandparents were very sympathetic.  So we milked them for it.  However to all my problems they had one answer. “Well, it could be worse.”  i always felt that was a cop-out, like “hey, really man?  I come to you for aged wisdom and guidance and all you can tell me is that… hey dude, you know man, it could be worse?”

Funny.

Only now I am fully comprehending what it must have been like living through the Great Depression.  Only now can I fully realize what it was like to lose your house, your farm, and actually have nothing.  Only now can I fully realize the true horror of having evil tear apart your world, and land a sucker punch out of the blue with an unprovoked Pearl Harbor or an invasion through the Ardennes.  Only now, can I appreciate what it truly meant, that zero ships made it up the coast from Florida to New York in quite a few months. Only now can I fully realize what it meant to watch evil take out civilization like shutting off light switches and there was nothing we could do about it except read of the defeats in the newspaper….  Only now, can I fully realize what it meant to put your life and job and family’s future welfare on the gambling table and agree to strike your employer, until he agreed to pay you a little more than the starvation wages you were stuck in…

What my grandparents were telling me was this:  “That’s not really that bad;  try hard and you can dig yourself out of it… “

What was unsaid, probably because they hated bragging, was this……. “We did, and it was much, much worse than what you face today.”

Quit complaining, and do.

This is brief.

One can make all types of distinctions to explain things in simplier ways.  The best way to understand politics is to acknowledge that the two groups fighting each other over everything, are you, all of you, the people, and the interests of money, supported by all those who are supported by big investments…

So at every junction of domestic politics, we have to consider how a plan or action affects a) those who are people, and how it affects those who are business.

Business versus the People.  Obamacare, Taxes, and Israel.

Now take Obamacare.

Obamacare is good for the people. Not so good for those making money.  But if you are a average person, it is kind of hard for you to get to a microphone now isn’t it?  It is relatively easy for a business type to garner one.  That helps explains how all the talk is over how bad Obamacare is.  Because, face it, it is bad for those charging too much for you to get sick.  But if you are the ones on the buying end, it is good for you if you get sick.

Likewise higher tax rates are good for the majority of people. They create jobs, they cause money to flood into the economy in their dodge from the tax man. They cause ones wages to rise, and cause purchasing to increase…  They cause building and construction trades to boom.  Unfortunately they somewhat cost the financial world in commissions.  People have to put their money into factories now instead of commissions arising from the buying and selling of financial packages… But it is hard to get a microphone to express your view of a grateful public.  It is easy for an advertiser to demand air time for his cause, after all, “he paid for this microphone.”

Israel.  One must realize that Israel’s existence creates an world’s most expensive arms market involving Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, That is huge money for America’s defense industry as well as those of other nations.  However having peace and cooperation in the Holy Land would be far better for the American people. Just think: no terrorism. Telling Israel to stand down, would benefit all of the American people; doing so would cut into the profits of those arm’s dealers who readily exploit the fear of both sides to get supply contracts signed.  No fear; no contracts.

This explains the great disconnect from how you feel, and how America actually is… That gigantic gulf between the two is due to the fact that our media, you don’t matter as long as they can tell advertisers that you are watching.  No one cares what’s best for the people.  They matter now, only money matters…

So do something.  Don’t vote for anyone, Democrat, Republican, or Independent who puts the interest of (compounded) interest, over his interest in you… And stop watching any MSNBC, FOX, ABC, NBC, PBS, OR CBS NEWS….  There is a much better source of news and you can do other things, like drive, while you are listening…..

Congress is made up of old men.  The medium age of the Senate is 62 2/3 years.  The average age is 61.7

There is a lot they don’t understand.  Economics for one.  Half of our Senate was born before the Korean War.  They were working adults before Martin Luther King was shot.  One fourth of our Senate was born before or during WWII… They first went to work under Eisenhower… One tenth of our Senate was born … during the Great Depression.  They first went to work during the Korean War….

They’ve heard propaganda from Hitler, Mussolini, Tojo, Stalin, Khrushchev, Mao, Brezhnev, and Reagan.  They know how it works, and what and what not to do.

Currently many are announcing the CBO (Congressional Budget Office) said Obama care will result in 2.3 million lost jobs.  Perhaps you saw some headlines, or more likely it was on your Facebook or buried in your spam email who’s owner never took you off their list, maybe you asked, maybe you didn’t.

That is a lie.  Yet for those who don’t like Obamacare because the first word is Obama, that is all they hear.

The Congressional Budget Office was clear to dispute that claim….

We didn’t say that they said.  All we said was that we estimate that 2.3 million of those currently working bum jobs only for the benefit of the companies’ insurance coverage, will now be free to escape.  They don’t have to work at a bum job just for the insurance benefits anymore… They can buy their own.

Isn’t that a good thing?   Now people can afford health care because it is affordable, so they can stay home and create their own businesses, instead of wasting their talents doing menial activities?   46% of those in minimum wage jobs have college experience.

So what the ACA now does, is allow some of these people to escape the confines of minimum wage, being there solely for the insurance benefit, and now open those jobs for young people… A group of people who’s unemployment rate is over 26%….

  • So we put our young to work.
  • We allow older people stuck for so long, to finally follow their dreams.
  • And the same jobs that were there before, are now still there with happier workers filling in their slots…..

Great, huh?  What a great country is this America.  But today, both Boehner and Blunt both cited the meme that Obamacare would cost 2.3 million jobs; you may have also heard others…….  No, that is not the case at all.  The medical employment field has actually grown in January because Obamacare became official on the 1st….

When will America realize that until we remove the liars… our Congress will continue to only deal with insults, just to keep it from having to ever put out real results.

That is happening now. America is focusing on what is real and factual, and ignoring all that these people say to get camera time….  We’ve only had one month of Obamacare.  But to anyone following, this thing Obamacare is at least as good as was Medicare or Social Security… despite the problems all those government programs generically have….

She lived in Hudson’s district.  But at school, she like the excitement of the “wrong crowd” and hung out with them…  One time they ran, and she was caught…  The plea offered her was to “rat out your boyfriend”, or 10 years in state prison…  An adult would have ratted out the boyfriend.  But a young black girl deeply in love, listens to her emotions and principles.  She went to jail.

She’s out now. She’s smart compared to most ex-prisoners, She is still on state assistance.  She is clean. She spends 8 hours a day following leads for jobs.  They always end at “the box”….

One would never have thought her to be an ex-convict. She is bright, articulate, animated, and when she tells her story, you certainly see how she simply got trapped up in a justice system that has callous regard for anyone with darker skin colors….

She would make anyone, especially the first person who hired her and provided her real living wages, a marvelous employee. But she never gets the chance to tell her story.  Her application gets dropped off, goes into the file DO NOT HIRE, and nothing more is heard….

Deborah Hudson, a Republican Delaware Representative, believes this is great.  “This is wonderful” her actions show the world, as she cast her vote against this black woman, who grew up as a well-to-do little girl in her district,  by voting not to disallow the box…

The box is where you must check if you have been convicted of any criminal violation.

I wonder what was going through her mind.  How can anyone turn their back on real human beings just to support their party, the Republican Party, a party that incidentally is dying out everywhere except in extreme radical pockets, as we speak?

How does one live with that?

I think she should renounce her party, and switch now to the Democratic caucus, so she can finally be allowed to vote her conscious.  That is why she was elected, right?
