women-of-the-cross

To those men and women who support Trump, you don’t matter.  To them, you are baby makers, arm candy, something to oogle, someone to cook dinner; you are Adam’s rib and exist only for the pleasure of men…

This goes straight up the ladder to Billy Graham and Jerry Falwell, Jr.  Those who fervently support Donald Trump at the expense of all those around them having two X chromosomes.  You are inferior. You are lesser than…

Some of these men of God will have the guts to actually say this, others will simply prove it to you. They are proving it to you now. Listen to them….

Men on the Christian Right will loudly proclaim that all men act like Trump, all men talk this way, all men think this way. But no, not even close to being true; not even a majority of men do—but they all do.

Consider this:

“If these professed men of God truly acknowledged your inherent value, they would be fiercely defending you right now, instead of Donald Trump. They would be openly condemning such disregard for the image of God within you, and sharply severing their ties with him—but many of them they aren’t. They’re making excuses. They’re blaming the victim. They’re doubling down. They’re digging in their manly heels right now.”

The sole reason they aren’t defend you is because in their eyes, you are less an object to be defended than a misogynist bigot named Donald Trump… They are telling you your status… They are telling you where you stand…. To them you don’t merit defending; not your intelligence or your gifts or your worth….

“They don’t believe you have the right to say or no or to be offended. If anything, they believe you should be flattered. This is the hubris of men who think God made you as an accessory.”

You may think the problem is with God. No, the problem is with them.  God did not make you to be their slave.  God made you to be a person who feels, thinks, and has the capacity to act…

Sadly anyone who still supports Trump, either man or women, holds on to this ancient philosophy that was predominantly formed by a woman’s lack of birth control.  Your ancestors couldn’t hunt; they had to stay home.

This is not 6000 BC.  Before us all stands a woman like you who is about to shatter the glass ceiling. A woman who has been victimized like you by countless slurs, millions of pejoratives, and bad-mouthed to oblivion and back.. She is still standing, she is still fighting, and she represents all of you as smart, personable, individuals who should get the opportunity just like men, to run your life the way you see fit.

In the voting booth, your secrets are safe… It is time to stick it to all men who have ever put you down.  It is time you too become individuals able to stand up for something unique instead of always being the mister’s misses….

In Delaware, these people listed below need to pay a price for supporting Trump.  As you vote for Hillary, please vote for the opposite of these below who have (like those silent men and women), cheered Trump on as he belittles women over and over and over…

Real men of God respect women. Real men of God condemn Donald Trump’s words, and the culture of disrespect, dehumanization, and misogyny they breed. Real Christian men condemn when the Bible is used to justify your minimizing and harassment and assault. Real Christian men will not stand for these things and that real Christian men ”are standing with you.”

The following, however, are not acting like real Christian men and women……….

Charlie Copeland
Colin Bonini
Hans Reigle
La Mar T. Gunn

None of these should get into office.  None.

Lip service is one thing. Actions are something else.  All of the above at this late date are still supportive of Donald Trump and what he stands for….

Sadly these are all the Republicans running for state office, but two… I must isolate and mention both of those two and encourage you to vote them in over their Democrat opponents (no loss there in both seats) to show the world that Delaware is not a satellite of Donald Trump….

These two very special people, the only two Delawarean Republicans who have repudiated history’s worst candidate,  Donald Trump,  are:

Meredith Chapman    Senate District 8

James Spadola    Senate District 1

White Evangelical Christians- “Divorce is evil; gambling is wrong; fornication is sinful in the eyes of God. Love of money is the root of all evil.”

Trump- “I’m running for president of the United States.”

White Evangelical Christians- “Make America great again!”

It depends on your definition of morals

If you don’t believe in God,  perhaps you can argue you are morally fit to run for office.

If you think women are things, to be used and tossed away when done, perhaps you can argue you are morally fit to run for office.

If you think skin color should be the sole determiner of ones rights and future, perhaps you can argue you are morally fit to run for office.

If you think that wealth gives you privilege and the right to do as you please and suffer no consequences for your actions, perhaps you can argue you are morally fit to run for office.

If you think laws should only be obeyed when thye suit your favor, and disregarded when they suit someone elses at your expense, then perhaps, you can argue you are morally fit to run for office…

If you think you should have total control over all natural resources so you can sell them to others who may need them to survive and make set your price high knowing they must pay it, then perhaps, you  can argue you are morally fit to run for office…

But none of these are my morals.. Mine are set higher and as their foundation, tend to be routed in the texts of the worlds three greatest religions, all hinged on the same God…

Based on MY morals, which basically come from this one line:  “love the Lord your God more than anything else, and love your neighbor as much as you do yourself”,  I have found the following Republicans not morally fit to run for office, and of course this is based solely on their support for what can only be called the true anti-Christ, Donald Trump for President.

Republican Party Chairman  Charlie Copeland

Republican Nominee for Governor  Colin Bonini

Republican Nominee for Congressperson  Hans Reigle

Republican Nominee for Lt. Governor  La Mar T Gunn.

Don’t take my word for it. Click the links and ask them. Ask them why they think they are morally fit yet still support Donald Trump?… After all, maybe your values are different and not based on those underlying the world’s three main religions….

The head of the anti gay marriage Family Research Council, Tony Perkins, has long maintained that God dishes out natural disasters to show his disapproval of certain political causes….

God dumped 32 inches of rain upon his house……
Dude You Are On The Wrong Side Of God

Here is a list of companies headquartered in Indiana.... Look over it (takes less than 90 seconds) and see which ones would affect you at all and then proceed to go into “boycott” mode and post something on their social media about your boycott…..

Simple, quick, effective.

For me, it came down to Delta Faucets, Three Floyds and Upland Brewing Companies, and hhgregg.

I tweeted “I’m boycotting everything Indiana” and hit @ and then typed the companies twitter accounts….

Simple, quick, effective….

And now, I have to stay away from those  companies products on my Delawarean shelves…. No real suffering since Indiana has so few companies of note within it’s borders…  That was a surprise.  But seeing the type of company Indianans keep inside their borders: hateful religious bigots, I guess it is no wonder nobody wants to live in Indiana.

THEY’RE ON A MISSION FROM GOD

Reading through it, though it doesn’t dissect and explain by tearing the subject apart in piecemeal, …. it does through its examples provide overwhelming evidence as to why the founding fathers were very emphatic in separating church from state. After all, they had their religious nuts too…as anyone who has read 18th Century early American pamphlets well knows…

Reading this piece makes one understand, if they never did before, the true wisdom of a collection of men, selected by their peers, bestowed upon what at that time was basically a wilderness which became the United States of America…

Religion is personal. Deeply personal. For that reason alone, it needs to be excised from any entity, including government who has to deal with a wide spread of human beings all of which have deep personal freedoms. Both for the Constitution’s Protection, as well as the protection of each and every religion…

Uninsured percentage is lowest since 2008….. This is what was driving costs upwards and now? … they are insured…..

God bless Obamacare, and all those individuals who kept it moving forward into reality. We are truly witnessing something amazing in our times….

Governments should not use their offensive cyber capabilities to change the amounts held in financial accounts or otherwise manipulate financial systems….

Think back over the past 3 years….

Hmmmm.

Said Senator Hocker yesterday. …

“I don’t think you can redefine marriage when God is the one who defined marriage, as between one man and one woman. Some people say well I don’t believe that! You might as believe nothing, not to believe that! I believe God’s word is infallible; it was inspired by God. You believe everything in it or believe nothing! Why take those pages and tear them out, because you don’t believe them? God defined marriage. Man is now saying we don’t believe what God has defined and we want to change it. For man to redefine something that God was very clear defining.. God will win.

“I have gay/lesbians working for me, family members, close family members, my wife has them as close family members, I don’t hold anything against them, but don’t ask me to go against God for something that they feel is equality….. “

Which reminded me of someone else:

“But there is higher authority for the determination of this question, than any thing we have yet suggested. The existence of domestic Slavery was expressly allowed, sanctioned, and regulated by the Supreme Lawgiver, in that divine economy which He gave the Hebrew state. The fact is open and undisputed; the record and proof of it are in the hands of every man who has in his possession a copy of the Bible. All the ingenuity and art of all the Abolitionists in the United States can never destroy the necessary conclusion of this admitted divine sanction of Slavery, that it is an institution which may lawfully exist, and concerning which Governments may pass laws, and execute penalties for their evasion or resistance.

“You believe everything in the Bible or believe nothing!” said Hocker.

The Evidence.
