Notice the beginning trend of 2016……
This was predicted under global warming models of a few years ago, however the time line was 2070-80. We are approaching this 50-60 years too early.
Which means we are on a heat-loop and accelerating much faster than expected.
There is serious speculation that all arctic ice could melt this year (2016). Which means if it transpires, we will wipe out the entire population of polar bears who normally venture on the icecap in summer and will have to retreat to the last point of unmelted ice.
We probably should began formulating a doable plan to rescue them just in case the scenario occurs.
Bottom line, is that events everywhere are driving the point that someway, somehow, we will need access to a lot more money. Which means the last thing we need in this overheating world, is one more Republican unwilling to accept global warming, achieving office anywhere in this country….
(That is not a political statement btw; it is pure truth).
Old data transcribed in new format. Now everyone can see…
Just think of doubling that last total is the Keystone Pipeline gets built.
It’s a job for Dad. The girls are upstairs fighting over who knows what but it is in the stand off stage and like little girls, no blows have been thrown. But the bigger, older sister has taken the stuffed animal and is holding it,… You walk into the room….
That is Obama’s predicament. How do you solve, diffuse, absolve a pie fight without far more serious ramifications stretching as far as the eye can see, from bubbling out from your best attempts?
Like a Dad, you have to realize they are just kids. They are looking at you to solve the problem…
Like a Dad, it is what any dad of girls has to do from time to time……
A) First take control… Ok, Give me the bear….
Obama with the world community behind him, needs to take temporary control of the divisive issue. In this case, it is Crimea, or more particularly, who controls Crimea. The US and international arbitrators need to take control over Crimea. It can be handled like this… We put a neutral nation’s troops between the Ukrainians and the Russians. Second step is we ask both sides to stand down. Russians to their side of the room, Ukrane’s to theirs.
B. Now we begin the talk… Ok, Russia, you go first, Ukraine, you’ll have your chance, Don’t interrupt.
Russia talks…
Now, Ukraine. Your turn, Russia? You got to say what you wanted without interruption, Now it’s Ukraines turn. If you have questions we will discuss them later… Go Ukraine.
C. Ok. we say.. Here is a list of what you disagree upon.
Recognize you agree on a lot, This is a small list. Looks like we can do something here….
D. Discussion.
Are we agreed now on rules to keep the bear?
Yes? OK, here it is…. follow the rule.
E. If I have to come here the next time, neither one of you are going to like it ….

There are certain ways things should be handled. Even then, they don’t always work out to plan. But if you execute the plan, knowing the plan works 95% of the time, and they still spiral beyond you, you did everything you could…
That is all that matters… If it spirals outward, we then will deal with it, consequences be what they may….
In any regards, the absolutely wrong approach is to barge into the room screaming and yelling, throwing out idle threats with pure abandon, pointing fingers before anyone has a chance to talk, or picking sides without finding facts and feelings out first. Yet a lot of parents act like this. It is sadly why we have so many kids who act that way as well. The United States should not be taking directions from our Conservatives and act like Ghetto mom. The United States needs to continue to act like the Super-Dad it is….
Following rapid ice loss in the first half of July, the pace of seasonal ice retreat slowed the rest of the month partly due to the return of a stormy weather pattern over the central Arctic Ocean. The timing of melt onset for 2013 was in general unremarkable. Ice extent remains below average on the Atlantic side of the Arctic, and near average in the Beaufort and Chukchi seas, and along the Eurasian coast…..
This is old news actually. It closed the 25th of February after being open for a month. Originally it was to be open for two weeks, then with a lack of participation, was extended for two weeks more.
To understand education in Delaware you need to see the results here….
Originally the anticipated rate was 50%. Some of us encouraged more to participate, in order to get a fuller picture of what problems were being faced with the corporatization of Delaware’s school system. Otherwise known as the “Pay To Learn Plan”…(PTLP)..
6025 out of 10731 educators completed the survey. That is over the target by 10 percent.
There was another contingent of educators that was encouraging teachers not to take the test. It was a trust issue, and to be valid, if the results were changed from negative, and switched over to that of supporting by those now with access to the raw data, a favorable outlook could then be presented without it really being true. Having a majority appear to sign on to something done in secret, and no one really knows if the data is accurate, could be damaging to our students if the data were not trustworthy and true…
Granted, this manipulation is easily done in a digital age…
However, some of us realized that if the concerns of our teachers were not met, our children were doomed. We understood that the test could be manipulated to show wrong data. There existed this option where if the data was being manipulated, we were damned if we did, and damned if we didn’t.
Tennessee is undergoing terrible times right now. They rushed into the RTTT with Republican Legislatures and a Republican Governor, and immediately unions were dissolved. Although now its structure is in place with testing out the gazoo, they are in dire straits to fill teaching positions that are rapidly being vacated by disillusioned educators heading out for other states.
Tennessee’s children will now suffer worse with RTTT than had their state not opted to Race To The Top.
That is why, only a true representation of teacher’s views toward the handling of the imposition of Common Core, (this race to scrap our entire current public educational system and instituting a brand new corporate one), could lead us away from Tennessee’s fate.
It was the only defense against having Tennessee’s trauma inflicted upon us.
If they choose to manipulate the data, our children are doomed as well. If they don’t, and our surveys are taken to heart, and teachers have a role at the table, and the administrators listen to them for once, our children will probably get the best possible education available.
However not filling the survey out as a protest, I believe, left an avenue that not taken, could never bring the possibility of positive results….
Anyways, …. here are just some of the participation rates…
Christina 47.13%
Red Clay 56.50%
Brandywine 64.82%
Cape Henlopen 40.00%
Colonial 66.76%
Capital 73.50%
Every parent should go on site, click on their district and it expands so they can get a read-out of each and every school. I would then encourage you to have a dialogue with their teacher to find out in depth why they chose to go the way they did. Remember, whether a teacher went for it or against, it as with the child’s welfare first at heart… The one thing that is not at issue is every teacher’s care and concern for every child… What is important is that you, the parent, has a buy-in to this new educational system by sharing your concerns with your child’s teacher..
There is no good or bad here; there is only progress, … and that is something all will agree is necessary to have…

I getting a bad feeling about this. Who can tell us? What’s this mean?
Btw. There is a monster hurricane approaching Alaska with a low of 943mb. Category 4 if it were an actual hurricane. It is so huge it would stretch from the East Coast of the US to Denver.
Reading a recent critique of the debates, it focused on a fact. Millions of Americans are not enjoying the benefits of this economy. Romney had the lucky position to point out all that was wrong, without the responsibility of finding any solution to fix it.
His line, “bring down the rates, broaden the base.” simply has not worked. It didn’t work in Reagan’s time. It didn’t work for Bush HW. It didn’t work for Bush W. It is called: “trickle down”.
Clinton, who practiced kavipsian Economics, raised the rates, causing profits to revert back into the economy stimulating even more growth; that growth grew people’s incomes. That is the key. People will take lower wages if they know they will grow out of them. But ever since Republican Tax Rates went into effect, wage growth immediately stopped. 99% of Americans are earning exactly what they did in 2000. It’s been twelve years since wages for the 99%, increased. Higher taxes takes away all incentive for any employer to pay his people more.
Here is the funny part. To actually do something about the economy, President Obama has to eradicate the Republicans. Get rid of them. Make them a non player. Republicans and republicans alone, are the reason the economy is in such a slump.
Let’s review.
Republicans fought the stimulus.
Republicans fought the car buying incentive.
Republicans fought infrastructure development.
Republicans fought giving Veterans jobs upon returning to USA after fighting for years.
Republicans fought lowering insurance rates.
Republicans fought lowering gas price legislation.
Republicans fought regulating big banks from literally stealing your money.
Republicans fought against balancing the budget.
Republicans fought against payroll increases for all Americans.
Republicans fought against lowering medical costs.
Republicans fought against a better economy.
Republicans fought against hiring more policemen.
Republicans fought against hiring more fireman.
Republicans fought against hiring more school teachers.
Republicans fought against building roads and bridges that were sorely needed.
Republicans fought against not defaulting on the US Dollar.
Republicans fought against strengthening America Abroad.
Republicans fought against stopping corporate corruption.
Republicans fought against fighting wealthy tax cheats.
Republicans fought against closing the loopholes Romney used to get rich.
Republicans fought against raising wages for all Americans.
Republicans fought against legislation that allowed workers to ask for more money without being fired.
yeah. There is a reason the economy is bad. It is called the Republican Party.
Having “No Republicans” equals massive investment back into our economy. The formula for a successful America is…..
NO REPUBLICANS EVER ELECTED AGAIN = MASSIVE AMERICA ECONOMIC GROWTH
So Obama, you are at fault according to Mitt Romney and the Conservative Cheer-leading squad… Because you didn’t get rid of Republicans… Shame on you!!!!
I guess it is up to us, to do so if we EVER want our economy back.
If not… I guess every vote for a Republican is a vote in support of Communist China…..
It is time to fight back.
Predatory lawsuits are the next thing corporate America is trying.
You get a call from a lawyer that says you were looking at copyrighted porno on the internet, and you didn’t pay for it.. someway, somehow.
You will be taken to court and it will cost you $10,000 in damages as well as $6-7000 in court costs… However…(there is always a however) if you pay to this lawyer who is calling you right now, a fee of $2,000, he will make this whole thing disappear; he knowing that you have learned your lesson, will no longer partake of illegal activity….
This lawyer is counting on these three things…..
One, the threat of an award of statutory damages and attorney fees
Two, that the plaintiff has no knowledge of their lawful rights.
Three, that the stigma of porn will cause the plaintiffs to settle.
Basically the corporation uses the discovery process to gather IP addresses and then shake down those people behind those addresses.
Incidentally, the court where the discovery takes place, often has no jurisdiction over where the recipient lives…
In an exact case, AH Holdings LLC, filed discovery in Washington DC, and received over a 1000 IP’s… They could have easily paid a service to track down the IP’s for them. But, that would have cost tremendous amounts of court costs to go after 1000 individuals wherever they supposedly committed the crime of watching free porn.
Instead, armed with the IP information(only 28 lived in the jurisdiction filed), their legal arm began to extort those recipients, even though they did not have the jurisdictional authority to do so..
So……
How do we fix this problem long term?
We make the internet a copyright free zone… No lawsuits over copyright infringement if the product is digital in nature…..
The legality comes down to this question. Is the internet a business or is it free speech?
If we decide it should be corporate, then let’s regulate it. But if as a people, we decide it is free speech, then hand off… For over 136 years Americans have used the telephone… We paid our phone bill and what we said over the phone was ours, it was free… If we wanted to spoil the ending of the new upcoming Batman movie, ..”Dad, you gotta see it, here is what happens…” we did not have a lawyer extorting us with attorney’s fees for telling copyrighted information…
I don’t know about you, but…. today all we do is communicate with digital information. We send links, we copy and paste, we click here, we click there, we like, we comment, we post, we twitter, we facebook, we take pictures of the advertisements on Time Square and send to all our friends…
That is what we do….
Voice is no longer our prime means of communication. We have evolved… It is time our laws catch up to the reality of our world.
Everything on the internet needs to be free… Period… Make your damn money elsewhere…..
End of Argument.
ADDENDUM: Elect no political legislator who does not subscribe to a totally free internet.
