RNC Convention Cleveland 2016Tonight opens the Republican Convention in Cleveland… The agenda for the convention is as follows…

Before you read through this, I would like you to keep something in mind I once saw on Mom blog somewhere deep back in my past….

It described an elementary school concert….

It described the wincing over sour notes, awkward silences, and unplayed stanzas…. it describes the torture taking place inside, as you felt embarrassment over all the miscues. It described the cacophony of instruments almost going off on their own.

Then at some point you realize:  these musicians are only 8 years old… they don’t know how bad they are, they are just learning everything about music and bravely, they are attempting their first concert in public…

At that realization, one relaxes.  Realizing it wasn’t supposed to be something worthy of recording but was instead, something far greater;  we were seeing the unadulterated love of music or more so, the seeds to a future love of music being sown… And then, sitting back , the wincing stopped, and you could capture their spirit, and actually begin to enjoy the music…….

I was reminded of that while reading the below agenda for the next 4 days… These are amateurs we will be watching. It will be their first time pulling something like this off and of course there will be miscues.  But look instead at the spirit of America, the spirit of politics, and realized there is something uniquely American in our political process that drives us forward, even as amateurs.  It is driven by a love of country…  Those are trying their best up there…Bashing them for any mistakes is like bashing an 8 year old for playing his violin….

Enjoy the mistakes; but realize they are just learning and don’t drag their miscues through the dirt as they go onward.. Like little children, they are doing the best they can and it is not easy to run a convention without any experience…..

I will hereby turn you over to their concert program:

Donald J. Trump, Republican presumptive candidate for President of the United States

“As an outsider looking in, I recognize one thing that most Americans lack. Because America has been free for so long, many have no sense of what tyranny looks like and how quickly physical and intellectual freedom can be lost on the path paved with good intentions.

Today Governor Scott, Florida Tea Party who rode into the statehouse itself upon the promise he was going to abolish the abomination of Obamacare in the state of Florida.

He threw in the towel and now supports it.  His state is joining the Federal exchange.  His reason?  He saw with his mother that it was a really super great plan full or wonderfulness, and that not buying in, would be very bad for Florida.

Go figure.

Republican Governors have thrown in the towels one by one.  It is such a great plan, they can’t refuse…  Without it, balancing a state budget is impossible.   Ironically Republicans who supposedly hate bigger government, are all lining up for the Federal exchange.

It is the best and will be the closest best thing to single payer.

Furthermore, more great Obama care news.

Because of Obamacare, the Medicare expense projected for the rest of this decade, has just in this past year alone, fallen half a trillion dollars.  $511 billion dollars to be exact!  Obamacare is cutting the deficit right in the entitlement belt….

Half a trillion dollars.

This is not new news.  It was out there when the bill first got passed.  It has been out there ever since.  But for some reason the American media chose to focus on those who were against it, long before they understood it…  Once understanding, everybody is coming aboard.

Where was the communication breakdown?  Why wasn’t this positive news rolled out int he beginning?  Just think, it could have save a lot of drama had these facts been picked up and extolled by the media, and had the right wing been excoriated for their stupidity.

Good things win out in the end, and Obamacare, as one can see by the Republican Governors coming aboard one by one, is a good thing.

Just think how horrible it would have been if on day one, Romney had signed a bill to abolish Obamacare?

Fortunately for all of us, America always knows best.

This comes from the Ohio contract for voting machines.   Notice the conflict of interest clause.  How does that square with  the President candidate’s son owning a piece of  every voting machine in Cincinnati?   How does that square with that same company having three out of five board members all contributors to Romney’s campaign?  How does that square with that same company having three board members  from a Romney owned company sitting on their board?  How does that square with the holding company owning these voting machines being Romney’s eleventh LARGEST contributor?

Most people won’t pick up a piece of shit, because it stinks…    THIS  STINKS…..  and breeches the contract…..  Sherod Brown should be very concerned…

An email  leaked to the Free Press now has Ohioians scratching their heads….

I’m sure there are still a few out there who do not understand how computers talk to each other, but for those of us that do, this is damning incriminating evidence, quite possibly requiring  Federal Marshall’s to oversee Ohio’s Elections.   This has every appearance of massive fraud and can be deemed in no other way, than as a deliberate attempt by a Republican Secretary of State to circumvent the real voter tally…. and throw the election to Romney.

Election Counsel Brandi Laser Seske circulated a memo dated November 1st renewing the already shaky justification for installing software made by Election Systems and Solutions on vote tabulation equipment used in 39 Ohio counties. … Seske begins by explaining what she purports to be the purpose of the software patch: “Its function is to aid in the reporting of results that are already uploaded into the county’s system. The software formats results that have already been uploaded by the county into a format that can be read by the Secretary of State’s election night reporting system.”

This last minute “experimental” software update will supposedly transmit custom election night reports to the Secretary of State’s office from the county boards of elections, bypassing the normal election night reporting methods.

In order to justify this unusual parallel reporting method, Seske explains “It is not part of the certified Unity system, so it did not require federal testing.” This attempt to skirt federal and state law from one of the most partisan Secretary of State offices in the nation ignores basic facts of how modern information systems function.

Seske continues “Because the software is not 1) involved in the tabulation or casting of ballots (or in communicating between systems involved in the tabulation or casting of ballots) or 2) a modification to a certified system, the BVME [Board of Voting Machine Examiners] was not required to review the software.”

This software, functioning on a network through which votes are transmitted could act to intercept, alter or destroy votes from counties where it is not even installed, hence the “man in the middle” nickname.

Seske acted to bypass the Ohio Board of Voting Machine Examiners required review.

An unelected, all Republican group of attorneys appears to have conspired to install election software without any testing  or required  certification which they are professionally unqualified to pass judgment upon. These types of last minute installations of software patches on voting machines are considered suspect by every voter, especially in light of the irregularities that took place in 2004….

No one knows what other software was placed on these patches.  Quite possibly this entire plan is a ruse to install vote switching software into each machine, too close to the election to ever be checked…..

Just heard from Ohio… As expected, because it actually happened in 2004,  weird stuff is going on in Ohio’s elections… The voting machine companies  went to democratic districts of metropolitan Cleveland and Columbus,  whose vote totals amount to 4,041,056 registered voters…. and installed mysterious software patches.

Solid Republican districts had no such visits.   These machines have been in place for months.  Why now?

Here is how voting fraud works.  One it has to be believable.  Two, it has to be subtle.  Three, it has to be untraceable.   Videos are available on how machines can be tampered with… Every video, including one by Princeton University, says beware of software patches being applied just before election.

Well, software patches are being applied just before the election.

Why not do it earlier?   Because of error.  If Romney was winning by 5 points in the polls, and you set the calculations too low, if Obama was head by 2 or 3, you would be to low.   If Obama is ahead by 5 pts, and you set to subtract 6 from Obama and give to Romney, you will have a very close election, to the wire, but with a 1% advantage for Romney….

In other words, you have to know the probable spread, before you tamper….  No doubt in 2008, the last minute wave for Obama still carried him in some districts over McCain, even though the machines were flawed.  No one ever bothered to check because the turnout for Obama was at records higher than the voting machine adjusters dreamed was possible….

Bottom line,   something very fishy is going on.    An early morning sample run on each machine can be done with both parties watching…   Fake 100 votes, and verify the total.  Then erase and begin anew if the machine adds votes exactly like it was programed.  One switched vote out of 1oo could throw the election…..

Good luck, Ohio…   Wear your guns to the polls…  lol..

Tagg Romney Secretly Plots To Better His Siblings In His Dad's Eyes

The new owners of Ohio’s voting machines under the brand name HART Intercivic is none other than Tagg Romney the son of one of the candidates Mitt Romney… This brand was one of two targeted after 2004 as being highly corruptible. The infamous Diebold was the other.

The first question is WHY?

The obvious answer is to throw the election.

The second question is HOW?

This is an old clip made 6 years ago after the truth that in 2004, Ohio Republicans flipped a Kerry Victory over into one for Bush. Their method was so send Ohio’s precincts vote totals to Republican headquarters to be tallied. The server was SmartTec based in Chattanooga Tennessee, the same which handled all GOP traffic. Ken Blackwell was never prosecuted because the prime witness was killed in a inexplicable plane crash en-route to the trial.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GamR4y_ykA0&feature=player_embedded

This is America’s Achilles Heal.

Oddly only two counties in Ohio use Tagg’s companies machines. (Green on the map above).. Hamilton and Williams Counties. Williams County appears to be primarily Republican, just this last primary voting Rick Santorium over Romney by a ration of 46 to 26%. Its primary ballot was sparse in Democratic contests, full in Republican, a good sign of which way that county votes.

In the Tea Party Election, 2010, here is how each county voted in the Kasich-Strickland contest. Hamilton… Kascich won by 143,000 to 132,000 and in Williams, Kasich won over Strickland by 6600 to 4900…..

We all know that Ohio can be close. Nothing demonstrates that more than analyzing two districts in Hamilton County, where Tagg’s voting machines will be used for his fathers election….

Those two districts are called Cincinnati 2 and Cincinnati 3. What you are about to see, is my taking the raw data off of the voter returns after the Obama wipeout in 2008 and comparing it to the Tea Party coup in 2010. I think that after examining the data, the motive behind taking his over control of this private company will be clear….

Here is the comparison.

Cincinnati results 2008

Cincinnati 2 A-X 2555 Republican
Difference 4169
Democratic 6724

Turnout… 70%

Cincinnati 3 A-K 366 Republican
Difference 3884
Democratic 4250

Turnout….68%

Now 2010 Kasich/Strickland

Cincinnati 2 1809 Republican
Difference 1899
Democratic 3708

Turnout … 41%

cincinnati 3 314
Difference 2020
Democratic 2334

Turnout……. 41%

Margin of victory 2008 8043
Margin of victory 2010 3919

Potential gain……….. 4124

Kasich won Ohio by as little as 77,000 votes. In these two districts alone, compared to 2008, was 4124 or 5% of the difference. Imagine the same results in a much tighter race?

The obvious Republican strategy is to keep voter turnout low in districts voting 98 to 99 percent in favor of Obama. The easiest method is to control the apparatus upon which votes are placed and counted. If one glances above one sees the difference between 40% and 70% turnout. This is already happening in Williams County. The county board has failed to comply to the Ohio Secretary of State’s requirements for achieving the necessary minimum number of voting units. The reason is because Hart Intercivic has voter machines to sell, but not to rent. The impoverished rural county could certainly afford a lease of more, but not the direct purchase of the new expensive machines. As a result, confusion will prevail, as precincts are combined to double up on Tagg’s company’s voting machines.

If the voting machines are capable of rearranging the votes in these two districts, Ohio could go red if the election is under a 10,000 voter margin. As the video above shows, it is impossible to trace. Gee, the same number of republicans voted, “but wow, look at how few Democrats voted this time. What a drop in turnout. Blacks sure didn’t show the outpouring they did for Obama 2008. Ha, ha, guess that means even they don’t think Obama is up for the job.”

That’s odd most of inner city Cincinnati’s poll workers will tell us;“we thought turnout was rather high! I guess they just didn’t vote for a president, probably just left it blank, that’s all….”

Rick Santorum is a Catholic.  He has incessantly called all Catholics who use contraceptions against Church doctrine, as being “non Catholics”, as worshiping some phony religion.   Santorum minces no words when he declares Catholics have to follow the teaching of their church…..

In an op-ed piece in the Philadelphia Inquirer in December of 2009 entitled “The Elephant in the Room: Catholics Must Heed Teachings,”  Santorum wrote, “Catholics must be true to their consciences. But that is not a free-floating guide that we can define ourselves. A Catholic is required to form his conscience in accordance with the church’s teachings on faith and reason, and to act in a morally coherent and consistent way, both privately and publicly.”

That bold line bears repeating…

A Catholic is required to form his conscience in accordance with the Church’s teachings….  Rick Santorum (2009)

That is a very dangerous thing to say because the Church has been around for a long time…  Over its life-long history,  the Church has said quite a bit…

For example, one of the things the Church under  Pope Leo XIII said back in 1891…. was that the Church would always be solidly supportive of labor unions…. and solidly against unfettered Capitalism…..

In the Rerum Novarum  (1891- Pope Leo XIII)  occurs the following……

“Let the working man and the employer make free agreements, and in particular let them agree freely as to the wages; nevertheless, there underlies a dictate of natural justice more imperious and ancient than any bargain between man and man, namely, that wages ought not to be insufficient to support a frugal and well-behaved wage-earner. If through necessity or fear of a worse evil the workman accept harder conditions because an employer or contractor will afford him no better, he is made the victim of force and injustice…”

Among the remedies it prescribed were the formation of trade unions and the introduction of collective bargaining, particularly as an alternative to state intervention.

Rerum Novarum also recognized that the poor have a special status in consideration of social issues: the modern Catholic principle of the “preferential option for the poor” and the notion that God is on the side of the poor were expressed in this document.

Why does Santorum want to get rid of labor unions?  To do away with these (listed below) responsibilities ordained to be done by the Catholic Church?

Some of the duties of employers are:
1) to pay fair wages
2) to provide time off for religious practice and family life
3) to provide work suited to each person’s strength, gender, and age
4) to respect the dignity of workers and not regard them as slaves…

(Fair wages are defined in Rerum Novarum as at least a living wage, but Leo recommended paying more than that: enough to support the worker, his wife and family, with a little savings left over so that the worker can improve his condition over time…)

Just ask any teacher in Nashville, which this year wiped out all teacher’s unions, whether or not they can fulfill these requirements sanctioned by the Supreme Holiness himself….?

(The answer is :  NO, THEY CAN’T)….

The Catholic Church sanctioned Labor Unions for a good reason… so much so that it codified deep within it’s canon, that protecting Labor Unions would be a necessary requirement for every Catholic to comply with….

So when you see Rick Santorum next time,  ask him why it is that women, … MUST obey the Catholic Church canon,  but large corporations…. must not?     Either it works both ways, Rick,  or… it works neither way……   You don’t get to pick and choose…

Anyone against the formation of  labor unions is in violation of  Catholic Church Doctrine  ……….

Because… ..

A Catholic is required to form his conscience in accordance with the Church’s teachings….  Rick Santorum (2009)

Last summer Boehner got pinged by his home state Democrats for suggesting the retirement age be lifted for Social Security, up from ones 65th, to their 70th birthday…

He was either smoking crack or reading America’s most renowned economist… Some may argue both are about the same… But then of course, those few will argue about anything…

But back in March 2009, an American economist, after crunching all the numbers, came up with this prognosis to save Social Security…..
Social Security could be brought into actuarial balance over the next 75 years in various ways, including an immediate increase of 14 percent in payroll tax revenues (from 12.4 percent to 14.1 percent) or an immediate reduction in benefits of 12 percent or some combination of the two.

The second option, the one of increasing the retirement age, confronts the Social Security problem in two ways; although it does not completely solve the entitlement problem, it is the best option available to stem some of the ebbing of money away from the trust fund…. Jumping the retirement age upwards by 5 years from 65 to 70, adds 5 additional years of tax money pouring into the system, while also decreasing by 5 years the amount of benefits that are needing to be paid out….. If we garnish 5 years of extra funding and lose up to 5 years of paying out benefits, just moving up the retirement age by 5 years gains 10 years of funding per future retiree.. This is easy to do, and benefits all that do it…

So there you have it. Even Boehner knows where to go when he needs to find his truth….

Looks like Ohio will be the first to stifle collective bargaining… Whereas the Wisconsin exempts both police and firemen, Ohio‘s bill does not…

The GOP-backed measure that would restrict the collective bargaining rights of roughly 350,000 teachers, firefighters, police officers and other public employees squeaked through the state Senate on a 17-16 vote. Six Republicans sided with Democrats against the measure.

From the math, we can see that there are 33 Ohio Senate members who voted.. That means the split in that chamber is ten democrats, versus 23 Republicans… What is actually amazing is that 6 Republicans switched sides to vote against their party line…

That is how bad this legislation is…. Unfortunately there were not enough switches, but…. that fact cannot be lost on all of us.. Six republicans switched sides to vote against their party line…

But not everyone was displeased with the bill’s passage…. Ohio Gov. John Kasich, a Republican like his counterpart, Scott Walker, in Wisconsin, praised the development. Both have pushed the collective bargaining elimination bills as part of budget-balancing measures.

He was overheard in the governors mansion to say: “I haven’t been this happy since I got the $480,000 bonus from Lehman Bros for putting the Ohio State Workers Pension into their care”… ( They went bankrupt, losing it all)….
