For thousands of years, long before America was ever founded. transgendered persons have been using the bathrooms of their choice.

They have been doing so for years under even the moralistic 70’s, 80’s, 90’s, 00’s and up to now…

Everyone else thought they were in their right restroom, based of course on all outward appearances.

The only reason our media is trying to make mincemeat now, is to divert us from how they were totally the forces responsible for elevating Trump as the Republican nominee.

Obviously, and it makes sense, that some people care if an obvious man is in the female rest room; this is something new to them, and like anything new, it is unsettling. Likewise, having a female stroll into the mens room is equally provocative to some….

But unbeknownest to you,  they have been doing it for years.  You simply thought they were a man or woman depending in which rest room you were in; you never raised an eyebrow...

If you are in your 40’s and you use a public restroom 3 times a day, then your yearly pee or poop total hits close to 1095.  So by age 45 and if we don’t count your visits from age 0 to age 5,  you have had 40 years of public toilets….

Which means you have publicly peed or pooped 43,830 times….

Sometimes in public rest rooms I’m the only one there… Other times especially on the New Jersey or JFK turnpike, there have been at least 50 people.  So I’ll average it out at five (but we all know this is still a totally randomly selected number.)

Using 5 other people per rest room visit (5 X 43,830), I can say I have now peed and pooped publicly with 219,150 people….. Maybe you were there!  :O  (Yo! You still got that toilet paper stuck to your pants?)

The best estimate which again is probably pulled out of someone’s (male or female) ass, is that transgenders make up 0.3% of our population…

Today at an estimated American population of 325 million, there would be, if this estimate is correct, 975, 000 active transgenders….

So the probability  that any of those you found in your public restroom over your past life was secretly a transgendered person who you naively assumed was of your sex, is 0.3% of those people you shared a public restroom with….

(219,150  X  0.003)  =  657.3 people….

Across your life, age 5 to 45, unbeknownest to you… you have peed or pooped with 657 transgenders in close proximity….

Were you raped?  Were you  propositioned?  Were you uncomfortable that while pooping in your stall someone came in whose feet were gender similar to yours, and competed with you for making the worst smell in a stall?

No. You weren’t.  You are only upset now, because someone is jerking your nose ring with a twenty foot chain made of galvanized steel.

If you are upset now and think transgendering is an outrage, you should probably take the necessary steps and simply put yourself out of your misery…(Tequila is good for that.)  For already by statistics, you’ve experienced it 657 times already….

Now not all of you are 45… So if you want your age appropriate figure to cast around to show Rick Jensen just how smart you are…. take the number 657, divide by 40 years, and then multiply your years post age 5, ..by 16 ……

There you go…

If you really want to do some good in this world… boycott any corporate publication or electronic media, who makes a big deal out of transgenders in bathrooms….Hit their advertisers…

Locally that would mean you should boycott the Boulden Brothers, Horizon, and P. J. Fitzpatrick, then use any another vendor for your HVAC needs… (Those three are Rick Jensen’s biggest advertisers.)

But most likely you won’t care at all… Just like you didn’t the other 657 times you shared a bathroom with a transgender person and didn’t know it…….

Hats off to Widener University for coming up with this idea.

With the demise of inBloom, the  threat of loose ends of our children’s data becoming unclaimed property, and then being claimed by someone we parents don’t approve, is real..

We are already in the computer era. We can’t really go back to shuffling papers.

The answer is simple.  We give every child a secret number.  That child is known from the earliest entry into the educational system only by that number.  (The parents keep it)  The child doesn’t need to know.  Somewhere deep in our educational bureaucracy will be a master list that for the most part never gets seen.  Only there can one look up the name and find the number.

So if number 8675309 gets an “A”. that is how it gets published.  Open source, everyone can see 8675309 got an “A. ” If 8675309 gets top honor on their test; that is how it gets published. Everyone can see that 8675309 got top honors on their test.  When you as a parent want to review your child’s file, you go to an open source, where all the data is viewable to all, and look up the number. No one else ever knows who that number represents.

This allows data to be processed for sociological studies without ever being traced back to this kid or that kid…. This allows the freedom to see how a school is doing student by student, and posting it out in the open, without anyone knowing or being able to find out who those real human beings are….

Instead of chasing around every single byte of data connected to a child’s name in effort to secure it.  we just have to secure the master list that correlates real people to fake numbers…

Thank you Widener University.

CBS puts the price tag at $1.5 million per vote… That is probably exaggerated and where that might have been the actual initial expense were one to account for all the high priced hours, acquired document fees, parking, etc for the information collected in the first vote, it would be safe to assume that most of the subsequent votes all draw from that original document…. and the expense would be less.

As all know by now, Obamacare helps we, the people, and in doing so costs the private insurance companies a little more in profit unearned. That essentially is what this whole battle is over.  If the private insurance companies had from the get-go, said they were gung-ho into Obamacare, none of this controversy would have occurred at all. …

So according to CBS, the grand total, with 50 attempts to repeal, is now at $75 million of your dollars completely wasted over nothing…   We still have Obamacare. The money was spent.  It was therefore spent on nothing and Republicans in the House, are the ones solely responsible. Someone needs to be accountable for spending the exact same money when they knew very well it was to wasted and could go no  further…. over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over.

(Yeah, it’s 50)

So when you legitimately complain that nothing is getting done to help you the public citizen, consider this:  what $75 million would otherwise buy….

$150,000 jobs…. 500 per year

$75,000  jobs….  1000 per year

$50,000 jobs….   1500 per year

$35,000 jobs…    2142 per year

Fixed pot hole…..  250,000 at the high in estimate of ($300 per pothole)

Brand new high schools…. 3 3/4

Elementary schools…. 10

Rounds of ammunition…. 255 million

Roman Abramovich’s home …. 1

M1 Abrams tanks…..  8.74 tanks

Spent on Marijuana Prohibition….. 1.36 days

SNAP Benefits….. 8 hours 14 minutes worth

Operating a Nimitz Class Aircraft Carrier….. 70 days, 21 hours,

Amount applied to Protecting Endangered Species…..  3 years and 3 months

Speakers of the House…..  360 of them. (Vice Presidents too)

=====

Bottom line. We could have gotten a much better deal for the money spent.  Everyone knew it was being spent on absolutely nothing.  Yet Republicans spent every penny anyway…  Remember this the next time they yelp about Keynesians spending government money on useless projects…

This was just a pure sad waste of your money. No ifs, No buts. No do overs…

It is up to you to hold the Republican Party accountable; the main stream media won’t…..  Just wait until the next time some one dares complain about Obamacare in front of you…!

If this information were to ever get out, it alone could cause the House to turn blue in 2014……..

Exclusive:  I accidentally clicked on a link and got sent down this path… It is unlikely you know anything about it.  You may remember that at sometime last year, in excavating for a parking garage some bodies were found in Britain.   Being a mass grave, the original contention was the corpses came from the time of the Black Plague...

Believe it or not, those bodies were exhumed, and in the tissue we found the organism responsible.   We ran its genetics.  The gene code casts serious doubts upon the rat /flee stories we’ve always been told.  And with what we know about disease today, it could not have spread as rapidly as it did, had it not been airborne…. it’s deadliness has been unsurpassed in recorded time.  Its kill rate was as high as 6 out of 10.  … it took Europe 150 more years to catch up again to where it had been when the Black Death arrived….

Courtesy of Wikipedia

Perhaps if health is a concern of yours  you may remember the Madagascar outbreak just at the end of 2013?… 60 people died of what they called the Bubonic Plague… It was.  There is almost a perfect match between the DNA of the Black Plague organism exhumed, and those found in Madagascar….

Today another plague with a different organism is brewing in Africa.  This one is more fearful than the Bubonic plague… The bubonic plague can be cured with antibiotics… For the E.bola outbreak there is not cure known to man…  If you breathe it, you die… Today, it was announced that the outbreak is out of control.  Beyond all hope of containment…  Today, if it were to spread as fast as the Black Plague did person to person, in days, embedded deep within alive, alert healthy people, it would start arriving upon our shores…. Am even greater fear is that someone brings it here on purpose to punish us, and scatters it through New York and Washington’s subways…

So, there is a good chance that this year, we could experience a pestilence that wipes out mankind.  We’ve had these scares before. And stories told afterward are that we came close to having a full epidemic, but were lucky in catching the carriers as we did….

So this of course is the year 2014…. The Black Plague begin to seriously infect Europe in 1348….. IF you don’t take this threat seriously, then do the math and figure out the span of time transpiring between the two….

Dear Kavips:

In response to your asking, here is why I went to the meeting in Newark High School for the Power Plant.  My boss made me.  I was pissed off about it because I was suppose to go to my first grader” concert that night, and had to miss it.   I got the call at 4:00 from my boss and was told I had to go there ASAP.  I said WTF for and he said it was important.  I said my daughter is more important, and he said, he could let me go that very day if I didn’t show up for this meeting….

I had to call out of a service call and postpone it till the next day to make the trek up there. and get inside.  I saw a lot of other HVAC vans and many that I trained with so it wasn’t all bad I guess.

Sad thing is, I don’t even want the power plant cause I live downwind from it right off Rt. 4, behind the ShopRite…. I think a lot of others were forced like me to go, because we all weren’t too happy to have to be there… But, gotta do what the boss man says….

Signed…

(your buddy)

I guess there is a storm coming.

Happy Pi Day To All

3.14.14  Oh boy… next year we do it up right…   π

Last December I’d stumbled across this interactive map put up by the PEW foundation,  which had accumulated each state’s research of how many people were unemployed long termed back then, and how many were slipping off the roles this upcoming year… What I want to show, is the economic consequences of not continuing unemployment benefits, and to show it on a state by state basis.   The economic cost is nothing to ignore….As you may remember, Walmart is reeling from the food stamps (SNAP) cutbacks last November.  Their figures for this quarter come out early April.  But having some of their biggest clients drop out of society’s economics, jolted them last quarter..

The numbers for my state were estimated lower than reality.. PEW underestimated in December what Delaware actually reported in January by about 10%… Therefore these numbers should be considered baseline conservative estimates only, and very believable..  If they shock you, the reality is probably much worse….

As you know, all those already  on long termed unemployment  stopped receiving benefits on December 28th of last year.  Subsequently each week, every state has some members on its state’s unemployment roles who expire, and normally would get dumped into the federal program and continue being able to contribute to our economy while they look for work…That number gets bigger each week…

The idea occurred to me (and I did a piece on my own state),  that we could figure the economic damage relatively easily by finding the number of unemployed, calculating their economic worth by extending the average check amount, and applying a multiplier to account for the increase economic activity that unemployment creates. These multipliers are all over the map. The Dept of Labor predicts a 2.0 multiplier. and Moody’s predicts a 1.55 multiplier… Every dollar given through unemployment, creates $2.00 (1.55) in overall economic benefit as it continues to filter up the economic ladder to the top….

So I took it upon myself to show  how many people were initially cut, how many more increased the totals weekly, how much economic loss this costs each state,  and where the states will be at the end of this week, the beginning of March… The next step, since I won’t have the time, would be for someone to compare these estimates of people getting booted off an income, with each individual’ states data on weekly new hires. simply to prove whether or not unemployment was due to laziness and not the lack of good full-time paying jobs…  It would be easy to determine,.  If one would find that 10,000 are getting the boot, and if the state is showing no new hires, that we are creating a large class of people who will soon be creating large problems, stemming from simply the necessity of survival…. Call it our Third World Quotient. (I used this source for each states unemployment benefit)

Saw this headline across quite a few feeds this morning…. Can’t say it enough… I told you so….

Do you know the real reason?  It’s 3/4th of the way down.  In case you didn’t know, if you are short on time and just need to skim.  always go to the 3/4ths mark, and you can get the gist of almost anything, in seconds….

“Regarding U.S. same-store sales for the company’s fourth quarter, ending Friday, Wal*mart said it expects sales, excluding fuel, to be “slightly negative” to its earlier guidance of flat sales at Wal*mart stores “

Why are those sales negative?

Chief financial officer Charles Holley said Wal*mart saw a greater-than-expected negative impact from reductions in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, or food stamps. The cuts went into effect on Nov. 1.

Then it provides some right wing political cover by also blaming storms… But as anyone will tell you, the excessive buying before a storm overcompensates for the loss of business from the storm, and that storm days are the primary money makers for those selling groceries… (No other food company is blaming storms, it should be noted.)

The economic impact of the Republican decision, and all their attempts to rebuff Democrat’s attempts to keep that SNAP option at a higher rate, is very real. If you owned 10,000 shares of Wal*mart stock, this morning in hours you lost $5,500… All because of Republicans… If your town has a million shares owned by all its citizens who invest in the stock market, your town just lost $550,000 dollars collectively, thanks to Republicans…

Republicans only called out those eating with government money; called them lazy.. and unAmerican. Those seeing the whole picture, were more concerned with how the economy would react… We predicted that some businesses would experience a 10% decline in food sales, matching the 10% decline in food stamps….

Now the recent cut agreed by the House just this week, will cut into that further…

So why is Wal*mart the most affected? The answer is because it is cheaper. If one is receiving SNAP (or Food Stamps) one is already poor and on a tight budget. It makes good sense if one has only $700 to spend a month, to try and get as many calories as possible for that amount of money. The best place to do that is Wal*mart.

Wal*mart did this to themselves. As one of the biggest funders to the Tea Party, Wal*mart is one of the few corporations responsible for putting the Tea Party Republicans in office. Ironic that the Tea Party chose to cost a few Wal*mart executives their jobs, by cutting SNAP… Wal*mart should have lobbyied their friends harder to shelve or vote against it. They and all other grocery chains now, should both advertise to the public and lobby the Senate, NOT to pass the Farm Bill with 8 billion of further cuts to that program….

The damage caused to all of society by not fully funding SNAP is severe compared to the consequences that would occur, if that money was saved by raising taxes on the wealthy….

Retail Food is a huge engine of our economy. Putting water into the gasoline that feeds that sector, will have dire consequences,of which we are beginning to now see. Wal*mart and other grocers need to get on the Hill now, lobby against any SNAP cuts in the Farm Bill, threaten to withdraw funding for all rural conservative candidates,.. or face a rather dismal, ten year slump…..

This….

A catfish inspection program will continue in place, despite Vietnam’s and China’s objections.

California can continue banning eggs hatched from hens in tiny battery cages…

Language aimed at curtailing a meat country-of-origin labeling (MCOOL) requirement, and one aimed at restricting activities by the Grain Inspection, Packers and Stockyards Administration (GIPSA) was left out. These two were opposed by foreign processors.

The bill ties Commodity subsidies to historical production but allows famers to update their “base acres” once in the life of the farm bill.

It changes restrictions on the so-called “actively engaged” provision. The criteria for management has been strengthened compared to current law, a source said, but the provision appears be scaled back from the labor requirement in the earlier versions of the bills…

The altered payment limits are now capped at $125,000 per individual or $250,000 per couple, but caps within that total for PLC, ARC or marketing loan deficiency payments have been removed.

On farm subsidies, the bill offers producers a choice between a shallow loss revenue insurance long favored by Northern crop growers and price-based supports supported by those in the South. ..

The compromise discourages milk overproduction by limiting how much milk can be insured in the future and also has a provision allowing the Agriculture Department to buy up some excess production.

The bill is expected to save $23 billion over 10 years compared to existing funding.

The House bill had initially made a $39 billion cut to the food stamp programs. The cut will now stand at $8 billion across 10 years. or $800,000,000 per year…The food stamps cuts are achieved by making it more difficult to qualify for nutrition assistance by virtue of receiving home heating aid…..

The bill contains funding for a new pilot program aimed at encouraging able-bodied recipients to find work and more than $200 million more for food banks.
