First they backed Jeb, then Marco, then Cruz, and now, it looks like Wall Street is pinning their hopes on Hillary.

Bernie is not an avuncular Socialist anymore. He is a threat to the capitalistic system of today, a system that has put 90% of America near poverty… The reason? He wants to return America to the capitalistic system we had 20,30,40 years ago… when to borrow a phrase from Donald Trump, “America was great.”

And most of America hopes he succeeds.  The anger behind Donald Trump is also anger against the current capitalism which has emasculated the American worker. You add Donald’s followers to Bernie’s followers and you have a majority of America who wants some very big changes to quickly affect the daily lives of 90% of Americans… They need more income.

The capitalist system of today is bigger than America… Most of America’s profits are quickly moved off-shore doing Americans no good for all the work they’ve done for their bosses.

American workers are past their breaking point and only two candidates understand and address their issues.  Donald and Bernie.  There are opposite differences in addressing the same theme.  One is diverting attention away from those big businesses by pointing to Mexicans, Muslims, and Megan (something with M’s?). The other is aiming to control big business by putting it back into the box from which it escaped during George W Bush’s presidency…. But depending on who you mistrust, both are doing exactly the same thing in the grand scheme of things: organizing against today’s form of capitalism.

So, with Wisconsin going to Bernie, there is now some fear that New York may do the same.  And that has unleashed all the tricks to blank out  both Bernie and Donald so regular Americans continue to be blocked from any say in how their government gets run… something that keeps Wall Street up at night.

Which is why, with the Wisconsin Win, we now have The Daily News of New York and the Washington Post follow-up, excoriate presidential candidate Sanders…

I read the Daily News transcript and you should too.  You will understand that headlines quite often these days, do not an accurate description of the article, make.

I was very pleased with Bernie’s answers and was rather shocked that some have said otherwise….

The leader of the negative articles is none other then mega-giant Amazon.Com’s own newspaper, the Washington Post… Remember this paper is owned by Jeff Bezos, 5th richest Forbes designated person in the world, who is worth $52 billion.

There is one reason he would not want Bernie to win and that would be because Bernie would put him in the highest tax bracket.  Which is 58% I believe.  Though he will cry, cry, cry about paying high taxes, Americans will get far more benefit from his $52 billion portfolio if correctly taxed, then they would from letting him keep even more of his profits, as is being proposed by every other candidate…

So, imagine you had $52 billion in assets… Would you attack someone who would cost you money???  Or someone who would give you money??

Here are the Washington Post’s flurries off that great interview (read the transcript)-=- remind one of Fast and Furious?

9 things Bernie Sanders should’ve known about but didn’t in that Daily News interview

This New York Daily News interview was pretty close to a disaster for Bernie Sanders

Bernie Sanders picks a dangerous New York fight with Hillary Clinton

The case against Bernie Sanders, according to Barney Frank

Clinton questions whether Sanders is qualified to be president

About that Bernie Sanders ‘momentum’ …

Writers for The Atlantic, Vanity Fair, CNN, Slate and Talking Points Memo concluded as well that Sanders had botched the interview.

But the transcript shows a different story…..Sanders’s conversation with the Daily News was more nuanced than some of the criticism might suggest.

Here is one example…. Sanders was faulted for not having formed an opinion on a recent ruling in federal court. “It’s something I have not studied, honestly,” he said.

That federal court ruling, for instance, remains under seal, and experts on the financial sector said there were additional reasons that Sanders couldn’t give precise answers to several of the questions that were put to him.

When asked how to break up JP Morgan, Sanders answered he’d leave it up to the banks.. That is exactly the right answer. The government doesn’t know the most efficient way to break up JP Morgan, JP Morgan does. If the point is to downsize the banks, the way to do it is to give them a size cap and let them figure out the best way to reconfigure themselves to get under it…  It is no different than requiring seat belts in every car, but not specifying how they must be constructed…

The same applies to Sanders not knowing the specific statute for prosecuting banks for their actions in the housing bubble. Knowingly passing off fraudulent mortgages in a mortgage backed security is fraud.  And the fact that Sanders didn’t know a specific statute, who cares? How many people know the specific statute for someone who puts a bullet in someone’s head? It’s murder. Specific statute?  Are you serious?

Although he did not know, he did argue that the federal law enforcement should devote more manpower to investigating the largest financial firms to determine whether any particular laws were violated, something Clinton has also promised to do, putting both of them at odds with Obama, who chose instead to seek large payments to settle, instead of aggressively prosecuting what could be very involved, risky and unsuccessful at the Supreme Court.

With the exception of the subway token thing, gracefully ending with an image of Bernie jumping a turnstile and gracefully eluding the subway police, it often appeared that the Daily News simply had inexperienced reporters asking vaguely open questions to which Bernie was hearing different parts….

Bottom line is that reading the entire transcript, makes Bernie not someone out of touch with the big picture of running America; which means that those saying he was, ARE out of touch with how America needs to be run….

Look.  Mom says:  Be home for Thanksgiving…  She doesn’t say: get out of work early, pack the night before, take the number 5 bus to the station at 7:45; get on the 8:11 train to Philly and get of at Suburban station and take at 9:22, the 102 bus north….

Bernie got it right… Bezos obviously has a $52.2 billion agenda…. If you are smart  (Allan Loudell gets fooled every time), don’t believe any media this campaign, but use them to read the transcripts…. for you are smarter than they are.

Brilliant strategy for any voter:  go the source; ignore headlines and commentary.

CBS puts the price tag at $1.5 million per vote… That is probably exaggerated and where that might have been the actual initial expense were one to account for all the high priced hours, acquired document fees, parking, etc for the information collected in the first vote, it would be safe to assume that most of the subsequent votes all draw from that original document…. and the expense would be less.

As all know by now, Obamacare helps we, the people, and in doing so costs the private insurance companies a little more in profit unearned. That essentially is what this whole battle is over.  If the private insurance companies had from the get-go, said they were gung-ho into Obamacare, none of this controversy would have occurred at all. …

So according to CBS, the grand total, with 50 attempts to repeal, is now at $75 million of your dollars completely wasted over nothing…   We still have Obamacare. The money was spent.  It was therefore spent on nothing and Republicans in the House, are the ones solely responsible. Someone needs to be accountable for spending the exact same money when they knew very well it was to wasted and could go no  further…. over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over.

(Yeah, it’s 50)

So when you legitimately complain that nothing is getting done to help you the public citizen, consider this:  what $75 million would otherwise buy….

$150,000 jobs…. 500 per year

$75,000  jobs….  1000 per year

$50,000 jobs….   1500 per year

$35,000 jobs…    2142 per year

Fixed pot hole…..  250,000 at the high in estimate of ($300 per pothole)

Brand new high schools…. 3 3/4

Elementary schools…. 10

Rounds of ammunition…. 255 million

Roman Abramovich’s home …. 1

M1 Abrams tanks…..  8.74 tanks

Spent on Marijuana Prohibition….. 1.36 days

SNAP Benefits….. 8 hours 14 minutes worth

Operating a Nimitz Class Aircraft Carrier….. 70 days, 21 hours,

Amount applied to Protecting Endangered Species…..  3 years and 3 months

Speakers of the House…..  360 of them. (Vice Presidents too)

=====

Bottom line. We could have gotten a much better deal for the money spent.  Everyone knew it was being spent on absolutely nothing.  Yet Republicans spent every penny anyway…  Remember this the next time they yelp about Keynesians spending government money on useless projects…

This was just a pure sad waste of your money. No ifs, No buts. No do overs…

It is up to you to hold the Republican Party accountable; the main stream media won’t…..  Just wait until the next time some one dares complain about Obamacare in front of you…!

If this information were to ever get out, it alone could cause the House to turn blue in 2014……..

Across our landscape there are very few pivotal landslide elections.  When they happen they create a new dominant party for a long time…

I can only think of four… FDR’s first two terms and Ronald Reagan’s two terms. Both set in motion a new philosophy and new institutions to enforce the continuation of that policy long after their respective deaths…

(Clinton’s 2nd term would almost qualify but its effect was squandered on Monica Lewinsky…  Doubt that? And you  just told me you are not from the South, Great Plains, or the mountainous West.) ..

Here are maps of what we are talking about…..

Election Electorial 1932

Election Electoral 1936 Election Electorial 1980 Elections Electoral 1984

The philosophy espoused by those of the heavily blue maps  lasted from 1933 to 2001.  A nice span of 68 years…   The philosophy espoused by those in the heavily red maps, overlaps a little, but most would say it is the primary driver of most policy today, which give it a lifetime stretching from 1981 to today… A lifespan so far of 33 years…

Today, we are consistently divided…..

Election Electoral 2008 Election Electoral 2012

Which kind of explains our current Federal government, now doesn’t it?  Actually it has never been more clear…

For your life to get better, we have to stop supporting equal government… Where both sides are balanced and nothing ever, gets down…  Currently in the House, there are radical new changes that will forever change America as we know it…  It can’t get passed the Senate …

Currently in the Senate, there are radical new changes that will forever change America as we know it… It can’t get passed the House….

2014 will be a pivotal year for several reasons.

A) There is no cap on how much can be spent.

B)  Voter turnout is consistently low.  So advertising will be the worst ever, meaning every vote that switches carries more weight.  Every voter who gives up in disgust, and does not vote, gives up that much more of a percentage on deciding the total vote…

C) Wealth will outspend the poor this year.  Wealth has the money;  80% of the population is unable to write a check to either political party….

D)  Both parties’ policies are streamlined into clear agendas.  One party (with money) is for policies that help the 1% do better and pay for them by hurting the 99%… The other party is for policies that help the 99% do better, and pays for them by hurting the top 1%….

E)  Because of the politics of doing business, all those media outlets in charge of telling you the news and sometimes the truth,  cannot in good conscious, tell you the truth anymore…   They simply can’t risk getting pushed off the buying spree…..

You have to choose who to help:  the rich or poor, and you have to vote,  no matter what obstacles they throw up in your way….   you must remember that those obstacles are there for a reason, and will remain there until we get either an all blue, or all red America showing up in Wikipedia on election day..  Because those obstacles are there solely to protect the losing parties advantage in an effort to keep America from going all blue…

This raising of the cap also means, that  if you are a CEO  planning an ad campaign that will be kicking off from late August through a holiday December… your ads won’t register with audiences until the day after election… Save your advertising money.   There is no way you can compete for airtime against someone who will pay any price to get his ad on the air…  Save your money…

My personal experience is that over the past two elections, the non political people I know mentally tuned out of ads… Ads no longer work.  What does work is the personal connection of  talking to real people…  There were almost no  campaign ad buys in 1932 or 1936.  And there were campaign limits on money spent in both 1980 and 1984….  Primarily both those sweeping groups of elections were decided upon word of mouth….

I used to get mad at conservative talk shows, until I realized there were only the same 5 people calling in…  Out of 3 million people…  Were they shills?  I don’t know but their voice prints were consistent.  Occasionally someone thinking the talk show was real would call in, but it was rare…

Fight apathy. This is where you come in… If you read this, you probably will look at the ads too… Your job is to interpret the ads to all you know as nothing more than  billionaires blowing smoke out of their orifices like they are lavishing in a Bangkok bordello.   These ads don’t correspond to real life.   People don’t hate their neighbor because they have an Obama or Romney sticker on their care… 99% of us say… “Oh, whatever”  ..  “Who gives a shit? Hey! Can you tell me where you bought your truck?”

The point is that all those red states are not all red deep inside… There are a lot of blues there too, at least 30% in the most red, and often in populous states, up to 49%….  Human beings living in those states have a lot more clout than some clever ad that simply makes up stuff around a table and then pretends it it true, using actors, and trying to crush the airwaves with massive volume before the fact-checkers get the messages out calling it all bunk..

It is We, The People versus They The  Billionaires.   It is a game of Monopoly in its final rounds and we only own a monopoly on the yellow squares on the back side…   Our only hope left  is that we get to shuffle the stack the Chance cards every time we vote…   And if you don’t want to go through this all over again in two more years, with more unlimited funding  in 2016, you need to make sure that despite $4 billion being spent this mid term election, it does zero good to the Koch’s or anyone else…

If we can get a Blue House, we will have a blue Senate, and we can move forward with a blue president…. it’s almost worth dying for.

It’s all about word of mouth…  And be nice… Republicans aren’t  bad people anymore than Democrats, and when you talk to them realize you probably look as weird to them, a they do looking right back at you.  And trust me, if you read the news and blogs you would already  know that  the majority of Republicans are looking for something new.  They just don’t know what. And should  you need a shot of hope?  Cast your eye on these  electoral maps which are of the elections just before the ones above  when the massive tidal waves made their landfall…..

Election Electoral 1976 Electoral Election 1928

Things can change quickly when everyone individually just gets fed up that things are not going their way… At 99%, the numbers are in our favor…

But it is all about you. Now get out and  start talking. Tell the truth…  Be nice.

I wonder if we could get 2 million to show up for a march in DC against billionaires buying out our elections?  We could, but  it would take some work, but  that would be a very effective message  against an unmatched $4 billion being spent to prevent democracy.

Our message would be real, with real people.  Their’s as fake as Mr. Ed….. (that is who David Koch looks like I think; compare the chins)…

§ 7557A. Complaint procedure; unlawful election activity altering result of election.

(a) A citizen of a municipality may submit a written complaint to the State Election Commissioner regarding any aspect of that municipality’s election activity that is contrary to state or federal law which altered or is reasonably likely to have altered the result of the election. Such complaint shall be filed no later than 20 days after the result of the municipal election shall have been certified by the municipality’s Board of Elections.

The complaint shall state with particularity:

(1) The action or activity that is contrary to state or federal law; and

(2) The specific basis for the complainant’s belief that such activity altered or is reasonably likely to have altered the result of the election…..

====

The election law is very clear and is designed to prevent an outside group with lots of money from dominating and one-siding an election before anyone has any idea it is being done…

This law was put in place for the protection of the majority of a municipality’s citizens.  It has been a long standing tradition grounded in Delaware election law, that every candidate, PAC, or group trying to influence an election file finance reports.  The first deadline is 30 days. The second one is 8 days.  Then the final one gets filed at the end of the year.

There was still a window under old law, where a person could spend from the 7th day onward, and the election would be over  two months old before any accountability would be mustered.  One could then see that one’s official was not the real choice of the people, but perhaps the choice of someone willing to put up a lot of money…

That window was closed by Tony DeLuca last year.  After the 7th day, every large expenditure has to be reported in 24 hours… thereby giving the public decent time to acknowledge its influence and use that as part of the electioneering decision.

Polly’s campaign spent $5000 on winning the election.  The PAC spent $45,000… That is a big expenditure.  Nine times what any other candidate spent.

The PAC did not acknowledge its existence until 14 minutes before the Election Office closed on the eve of the election….

At points beforehand,

  • they had previously made calls to organize.
  • Got promises of financing.
  • Designed and approved proofs of printing.
  • Put down a deposit for the printer.
  • Called and acquired manpower for their distribution
  • Paid in full all those who distributed the pamphlets.
  • Paid for gas for those vans distributing the pamphlets.

Every one of these acts is in violation of existing election law…

The (a) provision is fulfilled.

Now for the (b) provision…

(b) The State Election Commissioner shall review the complaint and such other materials as he or she deems necessary or appropriate. If, following such review, the Commissioner determines there is reasonable probability that conduct in violation of state or federal law altered or is reasonably likely to have altered the result of the election, then the Commissioner shall file suit in Superior Court on behalf of the complainant to invalidate the result of the election or such other relief as shall be appropriate.

===

As one can see from the text it is up the the subjectivity of the commissioner.  Which means if she chooses to ignore the overt influence caused by 9 times what any other campaigner spent across the municipal election, all of which was purposefully not legally reported, … she is free to do so.

She apparently taken that choice, and has chosen instead to reflect upon the sidebar of there being little evidence of misdirected voters, instead of a blatant gross violation of election law.  She has thereby reinforced the continuance of actions, this law was expressly passed to forbid.

One can never know who showed up at their regular polling place, which of course would be in its normal business operation as a school, office, etc, and seeing no polling signs, then left….

Could it have possibly been 116 people?  That is indeterminable.  But at a ratio of only 19 per district if falls within the areas of possibility, and we do know that in the districts where this literature was reported being hung, all voted overwhelmingly for the other candidate…. In fact, it appears that this entire $45,000 expense was not to promote a Data Center among voters most likely to be negatively impacted by its creation in their own back yards,  particularly in the two districts where it was distributed, but to instead, confuse and obfuscate the proper location of the polling places in order to cut down the number of supporters who would actually vote, which if they did could overwhelm the election in favor of the candidate who was against the building of the power plant.

This leaves two  overwhelming clouds of doubt.  It leaves a cloud of doubt over the Commissioner of Elections… Is she kowtowing to the pressure to overrule common sense and allow this vote to continue? A doubt will always remain. This decision also casts doubt upon the current winner.  Is she the real choice of the voters, or was she put in solely by illegal methods despite the voters choice of a different direction?

When clouds of sulfurous gases, rare earth elements, and radioactive particles begin descending upon the patio furnature, pets, cars and children of Newark, the clouds of this election will become even more important….

The clouds of doubt need to be removed.

That is why the subjective will of the commissioner needs instead to nullify this election, for the very reason that all appearances portend that illegal activities have “perhaps” caused a mis-election….  The commissioner has taken great pains over the past to keep the aura of trust that Delaware’s elections are honest and open… Now with one fell swoop, she is throwing that out of the window?

Nine times the amount spent by any candidate, was dumped into this election… 9 times the amount… Campaign finance laws were broken, and based on the time line we can almost ascertain, done so with intent….

The only proper thing which would put this past behind us… would be to have a runoff election between the two top candidates….   it could be held in two weeks…

Only then, would we know… for sure…

  • $45,000 was dropped into the election illegally and not reported in the required timely fashion…
  • That $45,000 was used to distribute literature telling Amy Roe supporters to go to the wrong polling places.
  • That $45,000 names a candidate and is not an issue based.  The proposed “issue” is “Polly’s Plan”, naming the candidate; not something like more local jobs through construction, which would not be attached to either candidate.

Only 115 votes separated whether we have a power plant or not….

======

There are just too many questions….  Voters need clarity.

The smart option would be to have a run off election.   Just run Polly and Amy, no one else….

Re-do the election and then we will know…

It is one day. 6 districts.  Just re-do the election…

I have a running joke with my conservative buddies who bristle every time I bring it up… Most likely because they know it’s true.

They cite small things to try and paint a different picture, but every president has those small things he has to overcome. Washington, Lincoln, there is no exception, except maybe Calvin Coolidge who thought the Chief Executive should do absolutely nothing.  If those little tweaks weren’t there, we probably wouldn’t need an executive branch.   So when Conservatives cite the screw up of the Insurance Sign up computer system as a blemish, I ask them to compare that in scope to see if it is on the same level, as selling weapons to our arch-enemy, and funding an insurgency that Congress forbade giving money too, because the American People didn’t want it.

That of course, is their hero who stooped so low.

If one just takes economics  the greats have to be these… Obama, Clinton, Reagan, Roosevelt….

Roosevelt is sketchy.  His legacy is that he built up legislation protecting the American Middle Class to last for decades, However during his actual term they were either out of work, or fighting a war overseas.

Reagan is best known for reversing his conservative plan and raising lots of taxes along with Tip O’Neil.   That tax raise boosted the economy and got him re-elected with a landslide, so he was able to cut taxes in his latter term, which led to the recession later inherited by the first Bush.

Clinton is best known for his longest running economic expansion in the history of the United States.  He is also best know for creating something no American every thought they would see in their lifetime:  A Federal Surplus.   These two accomplishments put him very near the top.

Finally Obama.  Inherited Roosevelt’s mess, the same one Franklin faced in ’32, and in two years, had most of America back on its feet.  Roosevelt took 9 years.  Of course Roosevelt was acting blind; this president could learn from history and what didn’t work, he could simply not do.  He did this despite a depression similar in scope to the Great Depression, but because quick action was enacted, it was able to be revived soon enough to only be classified as a Recession.  A pretty amazing feat.

Over 5 years, there has been a positive increase in the number of private sector jobs every month… There has never been a month we lost jobs.  No other president, not even Clinton can boast a record like that…  Every month we’ve added private sector jobs.  A fact with which we’ve gotten so comfortable,  the stock market drops if the number of new jobs is not as much as the new jobs created the month before….

Since no other president as ever accomplished this, this would certainly put Obama up for the nomination as the best president ever….

Image

Now consider this….   What other President do we know of … who when he came in …  Had their opponent Senate Minority Leader stand up in front of his caucus, and with a ring of reporters, say…  “We have only one goal, To make this a one term president….. “

And then…..

had that SAME person acquiesce to a deal of un-conditional surrender, that got their party “absolutely nothing“.

From “making this a one time president”   to …  “getting absolutely nothing...”

Surely this is the greatest president in our lifetimes…

Oh Wow

This was taken from a piece explaining why there is no Liberal Media, despite many troll’s exertion that there is.

Yep, the Paul Ryan budget was released today. As expected it is a budget designed to protect the top 1% from any bad thing that could possibly occur to them. As was poetically so well put by Romney during the past campaign…. ” ha, ha, ha, ha, ha…. The rest of us don’t matter….”

Today prominent theologians of all religions universally excommunicated the Republican Party of the United States of America from any pretension of anything corresponding to organized religion.

“They’re a cult, I tell you!!!”

Republicans in congress. God is watching you. And if you Fundamentalists would read your Bibles, you’d already know whose side He is on.

The rest of us… If you thought Republicans would come to their senses and start reinvesting in America, the joke is on you.

Nothing will ever change until America gets mad enough to rid ourselves of this pestilence forever…. You don’t have to vote for a Democrat. Most of you won’t… But you do… have to not vote for a Republican….

Unless you no longer consider yourself a moral individual, change your Registration…. TODAY!!!!!!!

Just a reminder.  The best time was last week, but you can still get value out of your investments if you sell high tomorrow.

The market will jump on rumors out of Washington the next few days, both up and down.  You can track it.  The smart money has already quietly pulled out.  The dumb money is propping up values until the sequester  goes into effect.

There is a possibility you may have missed my two previous arguments for getting out of the market completely.  This will be the last one.

Notice the Quiet Time During the Assault Ban 94-04
Courtesy of Mother Jones

There are many holes in the argument of banning assault weapons. Briefly there are three. One, assault weapons are not the cause of most murders. Two, assault weapons are hard to define exactly. Three, once something is banned, it can be modified, sold legally, then once the sale is approved, unmodified to make it banned again…

So it is difficult and when one argues with a gun enthusiast one gets bogged down. However, I heard Biden mention if first and spent a long time to look up the data…..

For some reason, even though the assault ban was full of holes, when it came to mass murders in public places, the ban seems to work. One must note that Columbine occurred during this time frame. That proves nothing is fail safe. But it also shows that despite a tragedy occurring during this time, for some unknown reason, an assault weapon ban achieved the desired results…

This is just being discovered right now, so data is reduced to speculation.

I speculate the following.

Because an assault rifle could not be replaced, collectors were less likely to give it to creepers up to no good.

Because assault rifles were de-glorified, simply going ballistic wasn’t cool anymore…

Because these weapons were banned, they kept a very low profile, in order to avoid confiscation.

Here is a chart of all the data Mother Jones compiled over the past three decades involving mass murders.

If you look, you can see assault weapons were very few of the weapons of choice in these mass killings. Most were done with semi-automatic handguns.

So why are we not banning handguns? One step at a time. We know that banning assault weapons in the past lowered the rate of mass murders… In fact it appears that over this time frame exempting Columbine most of the incidents were work related. Revenge for “I got fired so now I’m firing this at you.”

What is missing during the assault ban are those crazies mad at the world and going out and wasting everyone away. Oddly, they show up again, just as soon as the assault ban is dropped in 94. Yet they use semi-automatic handguns as their primary tools, not assault weapons…..

It is almost as if, when we say that “carrying any gun any where is good American behavior”, the crazies get guns and pay society back for their hurt…

But when we say,…. “guns are bad, some have to be banned and regulated”, that the crazies agree somewhat, and stay away from getting these “bad” guns and shooting up innocent people to pay us back for their hurt….

As I said… “it is as if…” I think it would be impossible to determine it now after the fact. However, for whatever reason, there was a period of quiet time between mass murders, that except for Columbine was aligned perfectly alongside of the assault ban passed and signed and named after Ronald Reagan’s press secretary, Jim Brady.

Weird huh?

So why are there so many gun killings this year, and there is one giant manhunt going on in Southern California right now?

It appears to the the fault of ALEC… Did you know gun laws on a state by state basis have been rolled back and eliminated since 2009? Mother Jones provides a chart that handily shows the damage that was done. if we had ways of tracing before? They are gone now. Thanks to the Tea Party and ALEC> When you go to that page, and it is a must see, on the map make sure you click on the tabs across the top first. Then go across one tab at a time to see and fully understand why so many crazies are shooting up so many innocents 2012 and beyond…

All evidence points to reigning in these anarchists. As long as people want people to have guns that are untraceable, there can be no order…

  • Ban Assault weapons and high capacity clips.
  • Register every gun so any gun can be traced back to a human being.
  • Any gun owner whose gun is used in a crime, is a co-conspirator.
  • License every gun owner and require they prove they are competent enough for the responsibility.
  • Create one law for one people. Gun laws become a Federal standard and are not bendable by any state legislature.

This way, any gun owner can have their gun. There is no change in anyone’s gun behavior, unless of course they are a criminal.

And we really don’t want criminals to have guns now, do we?   Unless, of course, we are a spokesperson for the NRA that is.
