Uninsured percentage is lowest since 2008….. This is what was driving costs upwards and now? … they are insured…..

There is no free lunch. So far it is just another layer of Medicaid. Only this time, it’s paid for by the ratepayers, not the general fund. Question, what’s going to happen when ACA if fully implemented in 2016 and all the shoes start falling?
