Although out of context such a warning might sound ominous, the reality of today’s world is that if such a disclaimer is not attached, one is begging for a monetary damage suit, ,,, usually initiated and pursued by lawyer currently clientless, out of work and desperate for money..
To not have it, would be the equivalent of walking down a dark Wilmington alley with no one or no protection…
I insist on having similar protections attached to all my disclosures… so where I’d like to be able to say it proves Common Core is dangerous, I can’t because it doesn’t. There is already adequate proof in the field upon which to base any such assertion….
