Keep in mind the Stanford Study,  the currently only acceptable cannon of charter school results, states that only 17% of charter students do better than the average public school student.

This bill takes money away from public schools, even robbing them of football funds, to build new charter schools, which have a one in ten chance (about the same odds as craps) of doing better than the average of all public schools.  That means charter schools have an 83% chance of doing less well than any public school in the state of Delaware.

Yes.  Charter Schools have an 83% chance of doing worse than the average public school…  The good public schools?  There is no way in hell they can catch up to them.
