BusinessWeek has selected the best cities for business start-ups in each of the 50 states, with Newark named the best in Delaware, in part because of proximity to the knowledge-based resources of the University of Delaware.

(I pondered this one for awhile, and then against my better judgment, decided to toss it into the realm of public domain….)
Not only is Newark the start-up capital of Delaware, but as any University of Delaware alumni can tell you, it has long been known as the throw-up capital of Delaware since before most of us were born…..
