Did a crime occur in the Republican caucus surrounding Darrell Issa.
ABSOLUTELY. Evidence was tampered…..
CBS News reported that at least two of the Benghazi e-mails that were leaked by Republicans last Friday were altered.
One of the altered e-mails was from Deputy National Security Adviser Ben Rhodes. The other altered e-mail was from U.S. State Department Spokeswoman Victoria Nuland.
Here’s the Republican version of the Rhodes e-mail: We must make sure that the talking points reflect all agency equities, including those of the State Department, and we don’t want to undermine the FBI investigation.
Here’s the White House version of the Rhodes e-mail: We need to resolve this in a way that respects all of the relevant equities, particularly the investigation.
Here’s the Republican version of the Nuland e-mail: The penultimate point is a paragraph talking about all the previous warnings provided by the Agency (CIA) about al-Qaeda’s presence and activities of al-Qaeda.
Here’s the White House version of the Nuland e-mail: The penultimate point could be abused by members to beat the State Department for not paying attention to Agency warnings.
Evidence was tampered to imply a crime. Under all state codes this can be either a misdemeanor or a felony. We need these investigated… The law was broken. Congressional Hearings are in place to get to the bottom of the truth. They are not intended to be kangeroo courts to make up evidence that doesn’t naturally exist….
The law was broken. Arrests need to be made… This is not about Democrats or Republicans… This is about the trust and truthfulness of the United States of America.
If Congress were run as were DC’s Schools? Darrell Issa would be thrown out of Congress…. From the DC school manual…….
Tier IV behaviors result in off-site Suspension.
(a) The following behaviors shall be considered Tier IV behaviors:
(1) Acts of vandalism, destruction of property, or graffiti (tagging);
(2) Documented theft of school or personal property without force;
(3) Interfering with school authorities or participating in a major
disruption of the school’s operation.
(4) Tampering with, changing, or altering an official record or
document of a school;
Here is the Texas’s definition of tampering. Darrell Issa would be in jail if this took place in Texas….
A person commits an offense if, knowing that an investigation or official proceeding is pending or in progress, he:
(1) alters, destroys, or conceals any record, document, or thing with intent to impair its verity, legibility, or availability as evidence in the investigation or official proceeding;
(2) makes, presents, or uses any record, document, or thing with knowledge of its falsity and with intent to affect the course or outcome of the investigation or official proceeding;
(3) knowing that an offense has been committed, alters, destroys, or conceals any record, document, or thing with intent to impair its verity, legibility, or availability as evidence in any subsequent investigation of or official proceeding related to the offense; or
(4) observes a human corpse under circumstances in which a reasonable person would believe that an offense had been committed, knows or reasonably should know that a law enforcement agency is not aware of the existence of or location of the corpse, and fails to report the existence of and location of the corpse to a law enforcement agency.
In Texas, this is a felony in the third degree.
The evidence brought forth a week ago that inflamed the nation, was a fabrication. “Directly it was an attempt to make, present and use a record, document, or thing with knowledge of its falsity and with intent to affect the course or outcome of the investigation or official proceeding….”
I demand an immediate arrest of Darrell Issa for breaking the law…. Full Censure by the House of Representative of this common criminal is called for immediately…..
That study caused the leading Republican Hispanic in charge of the Florida’s outreach to Spanish speaking American citizens, to switch parties. He is now a Democrat. And he was in charge of convincing Hispanics to vote Republican!!!…

And we’re wasting yet another day of Congress to rehash what the last 17 hearings on the same topic have dug up? One that killed just 4 Americans in a terrorist ambush, something of which we have no control over? And we want to get down to the bottom of who is to blame? But 137 actual shootings occur, and these same people drink champagne and eat caviar while whooping and rejoicing that background checks got defeated?
We have got to rid ourselves of these outdated farting Republicans, either one way or another….. Maybe give them some Beano. For heavens sake, let’s get our nation’s priorities in order.

I can remember however, a long, long time ago, when rural people who didn’t agree with Federal guidelines that was being imposed upon them, would arm themselves, gather in the middle of the night under a certain tree, or a bend of the road, and ride out to perform their own particular brand of justice.
We called them the Klu Klux Klan…… Is Sheriff Christopher trying to revive them…..

That is how they wish it was…. Now… here is how it really is….. if you notice above, Mike Protack’s joke is phrased as if it is the Republican who is the one doing something of which all Republicans don’t approve . Everyone knows, that is not how Republicans are! For this to be a true, accurate depiction of how things truly are and perceived by Republicans, we need the Republicans to be the ones controlling everyone else… That is the reality and that is why the Republican party has lost 50% of its base since last November.

Obviously this of course has been done as a public service so those insensitive Republicans who are still unaware of how they appear to society when they express their views in public, can finally get the idea. I hope this helps us all to move forward and treat each other with mutual respect…..

All you had to do was vote for an additional tax of one single penny on every dollar earned over $1 million…..
This sequester then would never have happened? Why did you singlehandedly cause this sequestration by your own inaction, when you and your party could have so easily prevented it?
And then you go on television to say it is really bad? America is looking at you like you are the dumbest person alive….
Did you read the News Journal in depth article about how much damage the Sequester is going to cause Delaware? About how people now, because of a vengeful and traitorous party has gummed up Congress on purpose, that now American servicemen are going to be taking a 20% pay cut?
Are you one? And if not, living here in Delaware, do you know someone who is in the National Guard? The Air Force? Will they stop coming into your business now, in order to make sure they can still keep their house?
How much sales will you lose, 1%? 2%? 5%? 10%? 25%? 50%? 75%? 95%? Will you also go broke for the same reason? Because of a vengeful traitorous party that gummed up Congress on purpose, that now, American servicemen are going to be taking a 20% pay cut?

By now, everyone knows the Republicans are the ones who created the sequester. So let us look at what they did to us,here living in both the first state and second smallest state.
If sequestration were to take effect, some examples of the impacts on Delaware this year alone are:
Teachers and Schools Delaware will lose approximately $1.4 million in funding for primary and secondary education, putting around 20 teacher and aide jobs at risk. In addition about 2,000 fewer students would be served and approximately 4 fewer schools would receive funding.
Education for Children with Disabilities: In addition, Delaware will lose approximately $1.8 million in funds for about 20 teachers, aides, and staff who help children with disabilities.
Work-Study Jobs:Around 150 fewer low income students in Delaware would receive aid to help them finance the costs of college and around 50 fewer students will get work-study jobs that help them pay for college.
Head Start: Head Start and Early Head Start services would be eliminated for approximately 100 children in Delaware, reducing access to critical early education.
Protections for Clean Air and Clean Water Delaware would lose about $1.1 million in environmental funding to ensure clean water and air quality, as well as prevent pollution from pesticides and hazardous waste. In addition, Delaware would lose another $359,000 in grants for fish and wildlife protection.
Military Readiness:In Delaware, approximately 2,000 civilian Department of Defense employees would be furloughed, reducing gross pay by around $7.6 million in total. Army: Base operation funding would be cut by about $0.6 million in Delaware. Air Force: Funding for Air Force operations in Delaware would be cut by about $1 million.
Law Enforcement and Public Safety Funds for Crime Prevention and Prosecution: Delaware
will lose about $83,000 in Justice Assistance Grants that support law enforcement, prosecution and courts, crime prevention and education, corrections and community corrections, drug treatment and enforcement, and crime victim and witness initiatives.
Job Search Assistance to Help those in Delaware find Employment and Training: Delaware
will lose about $86,000 in funding for job search assistance, referral, and placement, meaning around 3,230 fewer people will get the help and skills they need to find employment.
Child Care:Up to 100 disadvantaged and vulnerable children could lose access to child care, which is also essential for working parents to hold down a job.
Vaccines for Children: In Delaware around 380 fewer children will receive vaccines for diseases such as measles, mumps, rubella, tetanus, whooping cough, influenza, and Hepatitis B due to reduced funding for vaccinations of about $26,000.
Public Health Delaware will lose approximately $86,000 in funds to help upgrade its ability to respond to public health threats including infectious diseases, natural disasters, and biological, chemical, nuclear, and radiological events. In addition, Delaware will lose about $330,000 in grants to help prevent and treat substance abuse, resulting in around 400 fewer admissions to substance abuse programs. And the Delaware Division of Public Health will lose about $70,000 resulting in
around 1,800 fewer HIV tests.
STOP Violence Against Women Program Delaware could lose up to $19,000 in funds that provide services to victims of domestic violence, resulting in up to 100 fewer victims being served.
Nutrition Assistance for Seniors: Delaware would lose approximately $201,000 in funds that provide meals for seniors.
Delaware loses 15.1 million at least in funding forever if the sequester goes through….
Not only is that money lost, but the ripple effect impounds and deepens that loss. With every loss of a government job, there is a loss of a .67 of a private sector job…. The predicted loss or 700,000 jobs in March will be accompanied by 469,000 in the private sector….
Roughly Republicans driving us over the cliff, will put another 1.2 million Americans out of work…. again…..
And if you read Republican blogs like this one, they are laughing and laughing at how bad they are going to hurt America, how they are going to teach us all a lesson because we didn’t vote for their billionaire president….. They are smirking over the hardship and suffering everyone else will be living…
