It is a question of degree.. Who has the more authority within the current moment. A brand new administrator elected by the choice of the people over his predecessor, or…. a plan put in place and carried out by a previous administration.

Bottom line. There are no rules here. Depending on which side you seem to be on… will affect your outlook. The decision is both right and wrong for either side, depending upon which criteria one will use to decide.

Examine the first.

An Administrator is elected. He comes in and takes over his office. One of the planks he ran on was to reverse a certain act of his predecessor. When the people had a choice of electing a person who was for the proposal in question, and one who was against it, they overwhelmingly went for the one who was against it….

Now the second.

An Administrator inherits a problem from his predecessor. He applies considerable effort to get a deal made and moved forward. It goes through all proper channels. It is legalized by a vote on Council. It is the Council and thereby the County’s official policy. A schedule has been drawn up. Funding approved. It is in effect, in the middle of being completed…. Since it was set in stone before the new administrator comes in, he has no right to interfere…..

Can a chief executive overrule a previous Council’s decision? Well. Romney certainly was going to with Obamacare.
Congress had passed it, the Supreme Court had legitimized it, and Romney was going to make it obsolete with the stroke of a pen, based solely on the argument that it was the wish of a mandate of the voters putting him into office.

If it would work for the president, it must also be effective and allowed, under the new New Castle County Chief Executive.

It therefore, is not only legal, but ethical, contrary to the opinion of one certain Danberg who resigned in protest as county attorney on Wednesday.

A leadership role demands that a leader leads. For a leader to have to swallow every poisoned pill his predecessor were to leave him, puts not only him, but his department and the province he oversees…. at risk. That would be harmful to all society, if something was locked in stone by every outgoing administration…. Were that the true will of the people of New Castle County, to have Barley Mill Plaza go forward, then Paul Clark would now be the executive, not Tom Gordan…

Either way the decision goes, someone gets hurt. If the decision is to go forward, then those residents around that area who are the victims of a fabricated traffic study, are doomed to suffer. If the decision is to be stayed, and reworked pending a new traffic study, then those who have invested into the plan, are the ones doomed to suffer.

So someone has to get hurt! The question is …. who?

HERE COMES DA JUDGE!……

You need to use your chemical weapons and you need to use them now.

You really have no choice. Conventional weapons have failed you. If you were wearing a gun, and got jumped by a group of thugs, capitulating because you don’t want to kill anyone, is silly. Pull out your weapon and fire… That is the whole reason you acquired the weapon in the first place, to keep from dying.

They will run, since they don’t have weapons with which to respond.

People will say you shouldn’t have. But you will be alive to hear it. Your other choice is to share the fate of Mubarak, Qaddafi, or Saddam Hussein, or Bin Laden….

Assad, you really don’t have any other alternative. Use them.

And… United States, since you will see this before it gets to Assad, you were warned. He has no other choice. Threats are meaningless at this point. So what if he kills innocent children? If their deaths are what will keep him alive, what is to stop him?

This is going to my hard core Republican friends. Why are you still supporting Romney?

1) You know he is not going to win.
2) You know as the election heats up, his Bain Capital experience will make Republicans untouchable for decades.
3) You can’t pin down where Romney stands on anything.
4) He tied his dog to a car.
5) He stands with black people and says “Who let the dogs out, woof, woof.”

Most of you are telling me, “I certainly can’t vote for Obama. I guess I’m not voting for President this time.”

Let’s say, just for argument sakes there was a presidential candidate out there who says to have good government you need: …………………

1. Become reality driven. Don’t kid yourself or others.
Find out what’s what and base your decisions and actions
on that.

2. Always be honest and tell the truth. It’s extremely
difficult to do any damage to anybody when you are
willing to tell the truth–regardless of the
consequences.

3. Always do what’s right and fair. Remember, the more
you actually accomplish, the louder your critics become.
You’ve got to learn to ignore your critics. You’ve got to
continue to do what you think is right. You’ve got to
maintain your integrity.

4. Determine your goal, develop a plan to reach that
goal, and then act. Don’t procrastinate.

5. Make sure everybody who ought to know what you’re
doing knows what you’re doing. Communicate.

6. Don’t hesitate to deliver bad news. There is always
time to salvage things. There is always time to fix
things. Henry Kissinger said that anything that can be
revealed eventually should be revealed immediately.

7. Last, be willing to do whatever it takes to get your
job done. If you’ve got a job that you don’t love enough
to do what it takes to get your job done, then quit and
get one that you do love, and then make a difference.

Honesty. Integrity. Principal.

Sounds good so far. Let us say just for argument, he had chief executive experience. Let us say just or argument that he once ran a state, one of the fifty in this union. Let us say while governor, this is what he did…..

During his tenure, New Mexico experienced the longest period without a tax-increase in the state’s entire history.

1) He cut the rate of government growth in half,

2) Left the New Mexico state government with a budget surplus and 1000 fewer employees (without firing anyone),

3) Privatized half of the prisons in the state,

4) Brought a state-wide school voucher system to New Mexico.

5) Vetoed 750 bills (more than all the vetoes of the other 49 Governors in the country at that time, combined) with only 2 overrides, earning him the nickname Gary “Veto” Johnson.

6) In 1999, Johnson became the highest-ranking elected official in the United States to advocate the legalization of drugs.

7) Shifted Medicaid to managed care.

ISN’T THAT WHAT YOU WANT? ISN’T THAT WHAT WE NEED?

Can you not think of a better way to show your lack of enthusiasm over a wealthy capitalist buying his way to the top of your ticket, by voting for someone who has character, who does what you’ve always wanted, a doer, not a talker?

And to think…. you were simply just going to throw your vote away.

His name is Gary Johnson. He is the new party’s candidate for President.

Remember Republicans. It is your values that are important. If your party has given up and moved on from your values, don’t think you have to be loyal to the word…. “Republican”… What you have to be loyal too, is yourself. Always. Never lie to yourself.

You don’t need to waste your vote on Romney. You probably need to find more about this guy, Gary Johnson, and then throw your support behind him.

Don’t worry it is not one of the two parties on whose ticket he is running. Remember, at one point in time, the Republican Party was a once a third party too. One that went mainstream because of its core values, its principles resonated with everyday American People.

Evidence Showing the Recession the Tea Party Caused
Chart courtesy of todays Dow Jones Average.

Remember how last August, the Tea Party pushed to the brink, the default of the dollar?

This chart shows the growth, and what the Tea Party caused, and the growth that occurred way after it.

Can you imagine where that total would now be, if the Tea Party had never existed?

And, this is exactly what Romney says he wants to do…Did he not learn his lesson? Is he that crazy?

Of course Romney is backtracking. He has no choice. Of course he will say.. I never said that we should not have strict controls in Banking laws… And of course, we will see this clip for when he did.

“Banks are afraid to make loans right now because of the government hanging over them like gargoyles,” Romney, a former Massachusetts governor and business executive, said during the roundtable discussion.”

Apparently they weren’t hanging over enough to catch the $2 billion. Like how can you miss two billion go by? There goes $2 billion. Where? Oh, maybe I only thought I saw it, never mind.

Romney said small business owners cannot acquire capital because banks won’t give loans since they are under “extraordinary pressure and scrutiny” from federal regulators.

Actually it’s because they don’t have it. They spent that $2 billion in lines over in London Town.

On August 25, 2011, Mitt Romney came out with this statement.

“I’d like to repeal Dodd Frank, recognizing that some revisions make sense,” Romney said. [...]

(The article notes that when asked upon stating this, Romney could not name any parts of this bill he did not like)..

And here is why, he want’s to repeal Dodd Frank.

After the Madoff Ponzi scheme, another one surfaced. You may remember the Stanford Group Ponzi Scheme? There has been no trial as with Bernie, because the principal, fled the country and remains in hiding.

However, Mitt Romney, his son Tagg, and Romney’s chief fundraiser, Spencer Zwick, have extensive financial and political ties to three men who allegedly participated in an $8.5 billion Ponzi scheme. A few months after the Ponzi scheme collapsed, a firm financed by Mitt Romney and run by his son and chief fundraiser partnered with the three men and created a new “wealth management business” as a subsidiary.

After news of the Ponzi scheme precipitated the collapse of Stanford in 2009, Tagg partnered with several of Stanford’s North Carolina executives to start a firm called Solamere Advisors. At least three prominent brokers who had worked for Stanford — Tim Bambauer, Deems May, and Brandon Phillips — joined Tagg to help run Solamere Advisors, a wealth management business located in Charlotte, North Carolina. “We are excited to be associated with such a highly capable group of financial advisors with a proven track record of meeting the needs of their clients throughout the Southeast,” said Tagg in a press release announcing Solamere Advisors, which borrows its the name from its parent company, Solamere Capital.

The Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform law, a reform Romney says he will repeal if he wins the presidency, attempts to address future Ponzi schemes by enacting new protections for whistleblowers to alert authorities when they find evidence of fraud. The law also creates a new Investor Advocate and Investor Advisory Committee within the Securities and Exchange Commission to detect and investigate future Ponzi schemes.

So, Mr. Ponzi-scheme himself, wants to abolish Dodd-Frank which seeks to protect investors money.

So Romney is saying he, is against regulations that protect investors money.

He feels he should be allowed to squander it away, as he will our Federal Budget, should he ever be elected….

Lifted from Der Speigal:

And so the farce continues. The more mind-boggling its incarnations, the happier the US media are to cheer first one clown and then the next, elevating and then eliminating “frontrunners” in reliable news cycles of about 45 days.

Take Herman Cain, “businessman.” He sat out the first wave of sexual harassment claims against him by offering a peculiar argument: Most ladies he had encountered in his life, he said, had not complained.

In the most recent twist, a woman accused Cain of having carried on a 13-year affair with her. That, too, he tried to casually wave off, but now, under pressure, he says he wants to “reassess” his campaign.

If Cain indeed drops out, the campaign would lose its biggest caricature: He has been the most factually challenged of all these jesters.

As CEO of the “Godfather’s” pizza chain, Cain killed jobs — but now poses as the job-creator-in-chief. Meanwhile, he seems to lack basic economic know-how, let alone a rudimentary grasp of politics or geography. Libya confounds him. He does not believe that China is a nuclear power. And all other, slightly more complicated questions get a stock answer: “Nine-nine-nine!” Remember? That’s Cain’s tax reduction plan that would actually raise taxes for 84 percent of Americans.

Has any of that disrupted Cain’s popularity in the media or with his fan base? Far from it. Since Oct. 1, he has collected more than $9 million in campaign donations. Enough to plow through another onslaught of denouements.

Every Geek and computer buff in America needs to be watching the Delaware Election website between 8:00 and 9:00 today on Election Night… with his finger on the screen shot button…

Delaware is only a state of 878,000 people… The highest turnout ever was the election 2008 when 390,962 went to the polls… If Christine wins, the Republican’s nationally take control of the Senate. That is what is at stake. Currently, publicly her website is stating that she has 1.7 million in the bank, though the last time I checked she was boasting that they’d crossed 4 million…

There is a lot of money riding on whether she wins… Oil money, Insurance money, pharmaceutical money, mining money, wall street bankers, investment brokers, all who stand to again make windfall profits should she be elected… And she might be… The race is tight..

But with so much on the line and so much at stake, who could blame someone for trying to buy the election… By buy, I mean spending some money to change the voter talleys so they match what is wanted, … not what we ..the voters of Delaware wanted…

This happened in Ohio, when Ken Stackwell was the Commissioner of Elections, and right in the middle of a very closely contested Presidential Election hinging on Ohio’s votes… The webserver for Ohio’s Department of Elections, was mysteriously swapped to Smarttech, a web hosting center in Chattanooga, Tennessee which hosts many Republican State websites…

http://scoop.epluribusmedia.org/story/2006/11/7/115314/922

That website currently hosts this state’s GOP now that we have a nationally contested election… Hmmm. This is a rather new development.

Whois Delaware GOP

The Delaware website will experience excessive traffic… (and will probably crash) Every election website in America will be featuring that link on their page, as well as every political junkie in America, irregardless of political affiliation; all will be impatiently awaiting the results…

What we should be looking for is in the address bar, is this… http://elections.delaware.gov/results/html/unofresl.shtml

The Kosher Host Service

But if we see anything like this……NS1.CHA SMARTECHCORP.NET anywhere around the address bar… then our data was transferred to that Chattanooga site, where it could possibly be manipulated and then returned to us in it’s new form…

Delaware has a fail safe. On the back of every machine, a total is made of each voter’s transaction. The actual data units are packed up and sent to Dover where they remain sealed until inspected later during canvas. The area of opportunity exists, … where the official elections results are modified during the interim, when someone slipped inside the Department of Elections, can open the units and change the actual tallies to reflect the new data downloaded by SMARTECHCORP. NET.. from Chattanooga Tennessee.. After all, $4 million dollars IS a lot of money.

But, Delawareans are smarter than Ohioians. (That is why Ohio people in our honor, named one of their counties after us… It gives them hope they may aspire to one day become as great as we are…)

if this is slated to get done, then there is nothing we can do to stop it.. The question is … whether it gets done and we catch it? Or it gets done and we don’t.

That is the question. So, all geeks, open your tabs and be ready. After all, it’s only an hour. Be extremely vigilant if the system crashes…

Government only works when it is aligned with the will of its people… When it goes out of alignment, all those wheels turning government, .. fall off…

But if enough people are watching,… it can’t happen. One of you, could be the individual who saves this nation.

Along 273 outside of Newark, a new Lowes sits upon the old Westvaco Folding Carton Site.

The first commercial bar codes printed on folding cartons were made at that Westvaco location in 1973.

They just missed being the absolute first to use bar codes on folding cartons period. Hi C (Dallas) beat them out by initiating bar codes one week earlier.

The implementation of bar codes has improved shipping accuracy and increased accountability over the past two decades, by removing human contamination from the process.

Walmarts* lower prices are a direct reflection of eradicating shrinkage from transporting goods from one place to the next.

This site in Delaware was heavily involved with defining early bar code printing (working in tandem with IBM in Raleigh Durham which set the standards).
