"Give me Liberty, or Give me Death!" - Patrick Henry

What a brilliant ruling by the United States Supreme Court on the affordable health care act (Obamacare). Stunningly brilliant in my humble opinion. I could not have ask for a better ruling on a potentially catastrophic healthcare act than We The People Of The United States received from our Supreme Court.

If the court had upheld the constitutionality of the individual mandate under the commerce clause it would have meant the catastrophic loss of the most precious thing we own. Our individual liberty. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Supreme Court.

There is no mandate to buy private for-profit health insurance. There is only a nominal tax on income eligible individuals who don’t have health insurance. This is a HUGE! difference. And I suspect that tax may be subject to constitutional challenge as it ripens.

This is a critically important distinction. Because under the commerce clause individuals would have been compelled to support the most costly, dangerous, unethical, morally repugnant, and defective type of health insurance you can have. For-profit health insurance, and the for-profit proxies called private non-profits and co-ops.

Equally impressive in the courts ruling was the majorities willingness to throw out the whole law if the court could not find a way to sever the individual mandate under the commerce clause from the rest of the act. Bravo! Supreme Court.

Thanks to the Supreme Court we now have an opportunity to fix our healthcare crisis the right way. Without the obscene delusion that Washington can get away with forcing Americans to buy a costly, dangerous and highly defective private product (for-profit health insurance).

During the passage of ACA/Obamacare some politicians said that the ACA was better than nothing. But the truth was that until the Supreme Court fixed it the ACA/Obamacare was worse than nothing at all. It would have meant the catastrophic loss of your precious liberty for the false promise and illusion of healthcare security under the deadly and costly for-profit healthcare system that dominates American healthcare.

As everyone knows now. The fix for our healthcare crisis is a single payer system (Medicare for all) like the rest of the developed world has. Or a robust Public Option choice available to everyone on day one that can quickly lead to a single payer system.

Talk of privatizing/profiteering from Medicare or social security is highly corrupt and Crazy! talk. And you should cut the political throats of any politicians giving lip service to such an asinine idea. Medicare should be expanded, not privatized or eliminated.

We still have a healthcare crisis in America. With hundreds of thousands dieing needlessly every year in America. And a for-profit medical industrial complex that threatens the security and health of the entire world. The ACA/Obamacare will not fix that.

The for-profit medical industrial complex has already attacked the world with H1N1 killing thousands, and injuring millions. And more attacks are planned for profit, and to feed their greed.

To all of you who have fought so hard to do the kind and right thing for your fellow human beings at a time of our greatest needs I applaud you. Be proud of your-self.

God Bless You my fellow human beings. I'm proud to be one of you. You did good.

See you on the battle field.

Sincerely

If one is a republican, one cannot tell the whole truth, (variation of lying,)

if they want to get elected President.

But why?

Because the millionaires, billionaires now run the republican party and they have very little is common with the average American voter. Sure, they have parents, eat, brush their teeth, but mainly..... millionaires, billionaires have, make and keep a lot of money and they want to continue doing so.

So many 'partial' truths are paraded before American voters, masquerading as the whole truth.

The Rmoneys told us the 'part' of his success story, he wants us to believe is his whole story.

Nooo. No Rmoney. You say you're running on jobs and the economy and your experience in business leadership.

Show us the money.

You promise Americans jobs. Where will your promised 12,000,000 jobs come from? Someone please ask him. Will they be $6.50 an hr jobs, $9 an hr. jobs, whereas a person would have to sleep over a grate to live? Or this:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l3OFWYb4GWk

So come on Rmoney. Show people how it's really done. Show us how you made hundreds of millions and continues to make $20+ million a year by investing. What's the problem with that? That's what people really want to know, how did you make enough to buy six mansions, a fleet of cars, put $100,000,000 in a tax free education accounts, plus have a Swiss bank account, offshore investments, etc. What must one do, Rmoney?

What have you done, Rmoney. Is it that uh, filthy rich, you don't want folks to know?

Kavips previously said, "We were all fooled… The Constitution is about protecting the rights of money, not people……."

Rmoney says, corporations are people, man, corporations are people. No they're not. Closer to the truth - corporations are money.

Rmoney claims, his money has a right to remain silent. But that's what people say when they don't want to incriminate themselves. Regarding their taxes, Ann Rmoney has told you people, "Because there are so many things that will be open again for more attack... and that's really,.. that's just the answer,"

That's right....'that's the answer.' And the answer is: "there are so many things that will be open again for more attack."

IS THAT ANY WAY TO RUN A COUNTRY?

The American people need to hear - the where, the how, the why of money that has made Rmoney among of the richest people in American. He claims he ran Bain Capital and he can run the United State of America. (Like Bain?)

Romney has run on - being a successful businessman. So.. show us your successful financial 'business' story, Rmoney.

Obama's record is available for all to see.

The wealthy of course are the ones with the extra income on hand and the low tax rate. They can spend it, reinvest it overseas, put it in Swiss banks, other names, other corporations, use it to earn more money, etc.

It's simple. Rmoney's income tax returns should spell out the where, how, whys. All Rmoney has to do is turn them over, so the voting public can follow the money and know how the Rmoneys became the model American quarter of a billionaires..

Rmoney earns 42 million in 2010,2011. How? How much is reinvested in America, 'literally' in America?

How much of corporate profits trickle down to how many American jobs?'- that would be a missing part of the 'American success story' Americans need to hear. Not that you once walked into a grocery store, stood before a washing machine, changed a pee diaper. Come on Rmoney - you have a $11,000,000 vacation oceanfront house that you're demolishing, so you can build a new one four times larger. There are working Americans who can't afford a place to sleep. Tell us how you did it.

Prove to voters, that profits from successful businesses (such as Bain) actually trickle down jobs in American, (other than household help, maintenance, etc. for your six known homes.)

Rmoney said he ran Bain and he wants to use those skills to run Americans into black ink. Well, show us your black ink.

Instead, Rmoney calculates - it's best not to. And that smells like two week old dead fish. He got to be the republican candidate for President of the United State of America, by saying - successful businesses - create American jobs. Many American businesses are thriving -so why aren't American workers and the middle class thriving? Fishy, fishy.

How did Rmoney earn his quarter billion to begin with and how is he still making tens of millions a year - making in a day, what the average American makes in a year. He's his own business model - so show us the model. Where are the hundreds of millions invested in which names, corporations, and what percentage of his hundreds of millions of corporate made profits are maintaining and trickling down to new American jobs? What's that trickle down dollar/job ratio? That's important since Romney says he will create 12,000,000 new jobs. We need to use you Bain dollar/job ratio to figure out, how much money is needed to trickle down enough to hire 12,000,000 people and know where that huge amount of money to hire 12,000,000 people is going to come from?

Republicans put middle America where it was and have been fighting middle class recovery ever since.

Mitt Rmoney, no need for you to tell Reid to shut up. Just show us your papers. .
