Rmoney is stealing credit from the American government - that enables, allows, the people to succeed.

Most dangerously, he is running on an economic plan, that steals the tools necessary for Americans to survive.

The combined Rmoney/Ryan Plan backs fossil fuel over usage, de regulation of polluting industries and a ban on CO2 tax.

What's the Rmoney/Ryan Plan all about? Securing 'profits by pollution' for 1%ers and their corporate 'people.'

The public needs to realize, how their spending power is being reduced by fossil fuel 'profits by pollution,' from the extra cash they need to spend on running their ACs, pay the rising costs of food due to droughts due to changing climates, secure clean drinking water, to seeing their taxes being used to "re nourish" the nations coastal areas due to rising sea levels, the loss of their wetland areas, to the costs of climate migrations, their health costs (and deaths) due to respiratory, heat issues, etc, etc. Things can only get worse without a system to attack over releasing of CO2.

The best way to get the highest priority issue (currently ignored by industry/politicians,) resolved AND solve the resulting issue of a stagnant, worried economy that can see it's end in sight, would be to pass a CO2 tax on all fossil fuels at their source, (collected by the government,) but disbursed equally and directly to adult citizens (via ATM friendly 'Blue Skies' debt cards.)

Everyone would have 'Blue Skies' power available to them, because it is their natural resources that are being destroyed. A poor person might need an energy efficient window air conditioner to actually 'live' through heat waves, his roof painted white. His neighbors could hold a "Blue Skies" fund raisers for an innovative neighborhood cooling/community center for kids, for seniors, can come out of their houses. Middle income commuter might want to purchase an electric car and use her 'Blue Skies' card to charge up her vehicle, or help purchase ''green' electric from her utility co. (Or the government might offer incentives for moving closer to one's place of employment.) Rich guy might get his lawn cut by electric mowers, save to purchase more solar panels, etc., donate Blue Skies credits to his neighborhood beach front re nourishment project or projects for others.

Get the picture? The corporations that are currently causing civilization it's greatest problem (and also now passing the 'cost of living' problem (climate change,) onto the public, would be charged for fossil fuel 'cost of living' damages, by a rising unit tax on CO2 production.

Some may yell 'redistribution.' but it isn't redistribution at all. It is a way for the public to stop the billionaire corporate polluters who are aready robbing the public. Why do you think Koch brothers,a long list of coal, oil, gas companies, etc. are spending billions on the climate change denial campaign; on the republican no regulations, no CO2 tax campaign? To protect their current 'distribution' system of robbing the public to reward the rich.

Soon, every single adult citizen would be walking around with 'Blue Skies' money, they could spend on a 'Blue Skies' electric taxi or various "Blue Skies" transportation. (Wimington's Bus system was once electric. There were once buses running almost daily, the length of the state.) Of course clean transportation is possible. Just one small example, but there would be an unending supply of 'Blue' currency that could be spent for the best purposes - the reduction of CO2 releasing to return to an acceptable atmospheric level.

Gouging by fossil fuel interests would need to be controlled, as the Offender, (dirty energy,) may attempt to raise fossil fuel prices, but a managed price increase would cause the public to conserve energy (use less fossil fuels and seek alternatives.)

Even the greatest users of fossil fuels (utility companies, large manufacturers, corporate, municipal fossil fuel users, can have a separate 'Clean Skies' corporate debit card system, whereby they can use their 'Clean Skies' credits toward research and development of clean energy that leads to actual usage; immediate installation of non fossil fuel energy applicable to their particular business such use 'Clean Skies' credits to purchase solar panels over the corporate lobby, parking lot, hall lighting, sprinklers, etc. The rest of the economy would continue to function and improve, as the economy moves towards being sustainable, 'livable,' and the pressures on their regular budgets are lessened.

When dirty fossil fuel usage is reduced to a 'livable' rate (what else could possibly be considered acceptable?) and CO2 levels are at minus 350 ppm, decades from now and when the atmosphere resembles it's pre industrial 'life sustainable' self, the 'Blue Skies/Clean Skies' systems can be ratcheted down with clean energy systems, clean energy innovations firmly in place and fossil usage at a 'livable' amount. America cannot be a leader, if what they practice, is industrial/political self destruction.

The public needs to see the idiocy of outrageous claims by fossil fuel skeptics and deniers, such as "no such thing as a solar powered passenger plane, end of story. Of course fossil fuel will still be used as needed until there is such a thing as a safe alternative for the varied necessities, that are truly necessities.

Before anyone attacks the "Skies" card idea, they must first explain "why" allowing the fossil fuel industry to steal wealth and life from present and future generations with an economy based on the death of the poor and weak, the ravaging of middle class financial resources, the destruction of a livable planet and the 'business as usual,' extermination of mankind - is sane and preferable.

One is generally expounding on James Hansen's proposed solution - of a carbon tax returned directly to the public, by a government that enables/allows, the people to succeed. The plan would need the government that allows the brainpower and coordination of many disciplines of the country's finest scientists, engineers, economists, etc. ti be a reality. If there still were a Republican Party, instead of The Tea Party, such a Plan would be a Republican Plan. Romney/Ryan offers a The Tea Party Plan, as dictated by the planet destroyers.

OK - your turn skeptics. Defend why 'profits by pollution,' the end of an environmental system that sustains life of species, including mankind, (the Rmoney/Ryan Plan of no regulations, no CO2 tax) is preferable. And you must first include the truth: Anthropogenic climate change is real and is happening, at an alarming rate.

Yes, only Obama. After all, The Tea Party Plan, only adds the problem to the problem.
