There once was a dude named Bonini
Who unfortunately lacked much of a wienie.
Each time the Budget come out,
He’d do nothing but shout,
Bellowing opera like Mr. Pacini.
There once was a guy from downstate.
Who bragged of his education of late…
Till prying was done,
His degree was “in fun”.
Proving to Republicans, that lying’s a trait.
A Republican once gandered for power…
But was out-shown when next to a Flower.
His facts were a mess,
He couldn’t confess,
So he’d hide behind “The Witch”‘s robes and he’d cower.
There once was a man without merit.
Who ran as state Treasurer with no carrot.
He carried only a stick,
“Cuts” that made Delaware sick,
Repeating what he was told like a parrot.
Once State Legislature was terrible,
Until Democrats finally made it bearable.
But one Republican Grandstanded,
Forever becoming branded,
As the loon who made David Anderson’s suit wearable….
As Treasurer Chip Flowers is Amazing.
Whereas Bonini is somewhat debasing.
Holding out a fake degree,
And disappearing to pee,
Each time the Budget comes up “blazing”.
There was a Republican without backbone,
Who voted “no” against every budget known.
He couldn’t decide.
So he gave it a free ride,
Thereby “Bonini’ing” the state with a groan.
The question we face is thus..
You were too scared to stand up for us,
What make you think now,
We’ll have faith in just how
You’ll turn our triple AAA+ rating to rust….. ?
The world has seen this already….
Just in case you didn’t know, O’Donnell shows a moment of weakness and the campaign sued WDEL to stop that video’s release..
Or at least that is what it looked like for awhile. After all the dust had settled, the attorney for the O’Donnell campaign apologized to the attorney for WDEL, and without saying it, implied what young people these days would say, that those running the O’Donnell campaign, just happen to have had too much crack that day…
Hearing the backpeddling going on within the O’Donnell campaign itself, one must wonder it that attorney’s assessment was accurate…
First we have Matt Moron, the O’Donnell campaign manager, threaten to “crush” WDEL under a massive lawsuit… Those kind of words aren’t misinterpreted. He now says “he never said no such thing”… He meant to say he would RUSH (as would a fraternity pledge) WDEL in a double breasted twill pattern tailored suit… He says he was totally misquoted by the liberal media…
We would rush WDEL in a massive suit…. Certainly not “crush” WDEL in a massive suit…..
This is obviously the first time Matt Moron has dealt with the press… Contrary to popular reports, he did not.. repeat did not… “tell CNN the robocall (attacking her on Election Day) is yet another desperate, blatantly false claim and act by a big spending, liberal, career politician and his ruling class elite.”
And despite reports to the contrary… it is not the same Matt Moron who, as for the charge that O’Donnell misappropriated campaign funds in 2008, denied it and added if there had been a problem then Ms. Kristin Murray “should have filed her grievance with the proper authorities long before the day prior to the primary.”
Repeat.. This is not the same Matt Moron who denied that Christine used former campaign funds for rent, a charge she herself has stated was true… No.. this is not that same Matt Moron.
And no, not even the entire Republican Party, can put the anus on Matt Moron at this rally… This following event, of course, never did occur… It is another misrepresentation of the liberal media who doesn’t understand that to win elections, one must cover up the truth…
The video shows O’Donnell campaign manager Matt Moron approach the unidentified cameraman and block his view. Moran then puts his hands in front of the camera and begins to push on the recording device. The images were captured by a second camera.
Evan Queitsch, an O’Donnell volunteer, is then shown walking up, identifying himself and then placing his cap in front of the camera.
“Hi, how you doing?” he says. “My name is Evan Queitsch, and I’m blocking your view, so enjoy. Enjoy your shots of nothing.”
Queitsch is then shown holding a camera in front of a woman who had also been video taping.
The edited video then shows Moron, with his hands behind his back, block the cameraman who is standing against a barrier.
At the end of the video someone who can’t be seen says, “Let me just get a picture of you right here. Psycho.”
That Mike Moron says… never did occur… The video was fabricated by the CIA, who in kahoots with the North Koreans, is intent on destroying the candidacy of one said Christine O’Donnell… He emphatically claimes the women with the video camera, said,…”Damn sonny, you’re a handsome hunk,…come over here baby and stand if front of MY camera… ”
Usually the Campaign Coordinator becomes the winner’s chief of staff… Hitler would have been an alright guy if he hadn’t put Himmler in charge of security. Upon investigation, I’m afraid Christine O’Donnell’s campaign coordinator, has shot the Tea Party movement while nursing in its crib. Not since King Herod tried to purge Bethlehem of Jesus, has their been a more tragic consequence from a misguided human, which ruined a movement just as it was beginning to take off..
Voters will pull the lever for Coons.. but be voting against Matt Moron.. He, singlehandedly, killed Republican’s chances to take back the Senate. Obama, Biden, Coons, Pelosi, Reid, should come to Delaware and shake his hand…
Ron Williams is wrong. He calls Christine O’Donnell an embarrassment …
Here is what she believes.
1) Abortion should be outlawed.
2) Taxes should be cut and all necessary services of governement should be funded through deficit spending.
3) Cloning needs to stop, as well as life saving stem cell research.
4) Too much money is spent on education.
5) There should be no laws limiting candidates from spending their own money on themselves.
We’ll stop with those…
Now here are the facts behind her stance on these issues…
1) More fetuses will be killed when no abortion is allowed ( they happen illegally) than are currently.
2) Low taxes hurt growth and the economy.
3) Cloning and stem cell research, will cure diseases that today are incurable.
4) Delaware doesn’t even have soap in their school rest rooms, the budgets have been cut so much.
5) One of Delaware’s Senate Candidate spent campaign money for their own living expenses.
Christine is NOT crazy like a witch… But her Republican party is. All she is doing is trying to fit in.
As Census Data slowly gets leaked out, we are beginning to put the last nail in the coffin of all those who exclaim that high taxes causes bad economies.
The opposite is true… You may remember when Bush took office how he and Cheney began touting the need for the Bush tax cuts. Back then, we all looked around, and said… “What are you talking about? The economy is fine. We have a surplus, let’s pay off some of our debt!”
We had good sense, but not enough votes.
Let’s pretend for a moment that the Bush tax cuts premise is true. If so, then with the cutting of taxes, our incomes should rise…
According to this graph, they didn’t.
Courtesy of Pew Research
Real median Household income fell over the past decade by 2% for the upper income level, 3% for the medium income level, 5% for the lower income level... All levels declined simultaneously for only one reason: we gave massive tax breaks…
Some of you may remember Ross Perot arguing about the deficit we were facing in 1992. I remember Bill Clinton in one of his first fireside chats, telling us the finances of government were worse than expected, and that he would be unable to fulfill his promise to cut taxes, and instead would have to raise them.. Pundits said he was dead in the water… Instead the economy took off. and the top third’s incomes increased by 13%, the middle incomes increased by 11% and the lower incomes increased by 15%!
Increasing taxes is good for the economy.
If you look at this chart, during the entire times Republicans complained about Democratic administrations high taxes, the economy grew decade by decade… But, when given the opportunity to cut taxes, they did, and the economy slumps, and household income decreases…
In case you missed the meaning from that graph. The entire 10 years of the Bush Tax experiment have put America behind where we were in 1996… Fourteen years ago… The entire decade of Republican tax policy, lowered income of the top third by 2%, the middle income levels by 3%, and the lowest income levels by 5%.. The entire Republican tax code made each of these groups poorer.
Currently we have Urquhart and O’Donnell arguing to keep these tax cuts in effect…
American cannot afford another negative decade… We need to raise taxes as did Clinton and get his economy roaring again…
Addendum: ( so why does raising taxes stimulate the economy? Because people aren’t taxed on revenue. They are taxed on profits. If they hide their profit by building additions to their factories, hiring more people, pouring more dollars into R & D, building new office buildings, a lot more people are going to be working…)
One can argue theory, or look at facts. The theories are just that.. Hot air… The facts… we lived through them. Life was better under the Clinton Democrats, than either Bush or Cheney, or whoever was running the country during the first 8 years of this decade.
So America’s choice is simple this election.. Do you want to vote Republican and continue to lose household median income? or wipe Republicanism off the face of the earth, and have your Median household income soar by 15%?
Yes, you are choosing… Just don’t expect the $4 million dollars pouring into this state from somewheres else, to mention what voting for a Republican will actually cost you…
It is unfortunate that we are personalizing the Delaware Senate Race. Even though I am glad the Republican Party has thumbed it’s nose at the Ross figurehead, and opted for a more charismatic candidate flush with money, I think the reporting, has skewed the debate from what is really important.
Does cutting taxes spur the economy? or does deficit spending spur the economy.
That is the only question that really matters to us… If you do not care whether you are working, or do not care whether you have income, then you might get carried away with gazing at witches tits, and reminiscing rehashed maxims, extracted from the tongues of newt…. But none of those do us any justice.
What does justice is whether the Republican argument that cutting taxes is real witchcraft, or… conveys just the illusion of witchcraft…?
We know what works. Clinton did it, Eisenhower did it, Ronald Reagan did it, Truman did it, George W. Bush did it… What works is borrowing money from our kids and spending it on ourselves today… What works is deficit spending!
How does deficit spending work when you have to pay it back sometime?
It works like this… You have so many people in the United States. Right now, ten percent of them are not working. That means they are collecting unemployment from the Federal Government and individual states, to stay alive… It’s a benefit we can’t live without.
So you borrow money to create jobs and put that group to work. Once working they pay taxes and the extra money, covers the repayment of that borrowed money.. Once working, businesses thrive; their extra money gets taxed, and those extra taxes also cover the repayment of that borrowed money. Popularly, that is called growing your way out of a recession…
It grew Sweden out of the Great Depression in 1933. It took a backwards looking America an additional 7 years until a world war forced that hand on FDR. Just as soon as we started borrowing to build up our capacity to fight war,… our economy picked up…
After the war, we continued pumping Federal money into the economy. First with military, then, with Interstate road building, then later, with other social programs aimed at helping our least fortunate. Federal money caused our economy to grow..
History shows us that Obama’s current plan we are on… gives us a good economy…
Now let’s look at the alternative…
Cutting taxes… For a long time there was no income tax… There was not a central bank. There was no regulation. Everything Urquhart has put in his platform… This is what we need he says… Let’s look at the record…

The Great Republican Recession 2008- Now
Each of these recessions was caused by fiscal tightening, some by fiscal policy, some by Arabs tightening oil. But each of these recessions was instigated by the cutting of government spending… Each of the Great dDpressions came about because of Republican laissez faire: that attitude believing that not having legal guidelines was good for business..
The times of growth, all came about because we spent our way out of the previous recession…
Looking at history, one sees Democrats always line up on the good side… Republican’s always don’t….
First by her own party, and then by her opponents, Christine O’Donnell has been depicted as not being very smart. Her recent actions on television, may just prove otherwise.
It appears that Christine is going after the dissolution of the Republican Party, as it stands now… More clearly, she is taking on the “corporate funded establishment” of Republicanism, and like Sarah Palin before her, she is taking Republicanism into the field, to the people where it belongs.
It was bound to happen. The Federalists were the first… “Put business first! ” and they disappeared… The Whig’s were the second… “Put business first.”… and they too disappeared. The Republicans almost died during the Great Depression with their motto during the twenties… “Put business first’”, It knocked them out of power for at least 30 years… Then came Ronald Reagan, and Voodoo Economics Bush I, …. “Put business first,”…. and America gave the White House to the Democrats. George Bush II, … “Put business first.”.. and McCain never had a chance… Today’s Republicans appearing to give O’Donnell lip service, won’t financially back O’Donnell because she won’t “put business first”. And she calls them on it.. on national tv no less…
There is a lot more there than meets the eye.
People, both Democrats and Republicans, want their government back and they don’t really care whether it’s a Democrat or Republican who takes it back for them. Obama rode this wave of new energy into the White House. But now, if you listen to his criticism, his one flaw is that he’s too soft on big businesses. Other than that, he’s perfect. but he lets businesses do what they want.
And America is sick of it…
The Republican Party supports letting Big Business do what they want. One would think Obama would have taken the opposite tack, and supported the middle class of America. He has done some things, but he is still seen as Wall Street’s friend. That leaves Sarah Palin, and the other Tea Baggers fill the void. The popularity of Christine O’Donnell as well as her protege Sarah Palin, is that they are normal people. They know what having too little money is like and they feel for all Americans in the same boat.
The Tea Party started out as a joke, even I laughed. But today, the joke is on the media, who is just another outlet of Big Business and unfortunately can’t be trusted. The Tea Party is real, made up of working, or formerly working parents who want nothing but a better life for their children. With their success has come lots money, from the same sources who ruined the Republican Party. Big business. Now that they are poised to win, Big money is pouring in to the Tea Baggers party.
The tea party and the progressive Democrats actually have the same agenda. Both would be shocked to hear this, but upon reflection, both would acknowledge they are both working for a better America, just in different ways. The party who is not working for America is the current Republican Party. All they have done besides saying “no”, is absolutely nothing except perhaps to continue touting the same practices that got proven by this very recession we are in.. as not being workable.
The tea party wants to control government by limiting its size. In their eyes, the smaller it is, the less harmful it will be. The Democrats want to control government by increasing the people’s control in Congress… They think getting their hands around a problem is the way to fix what is broken.
Both are right, just pursuing their paths differently.
For Christine to say the Republican Party is not funding her and say it on one of the highest rated news shoes in America today, shows us the gloves are off; she is taking them on! … She should. She already has more money than the entire state Republicans party under Ross. She got it in three weeks. As the biggest stakeholder, it is obvious that she should be running the party instead of the failure who created an all Democratic state: Tom Ross. She ante’d up her chips yesterday…
Like the Federalists, Whigs, Republicans of the 30′s, the official party of business is dead in the water…. It is time for Christine O’Donnell to pull up alongside and broadside $4 million dollars into it’s sinking hull.of Steele …….
Supposedly more than any other legislator. … And he’s bragging about this?
This stems from the fact that every year when the state budget and bond bills come up, he grandstands and votes them down.. It’s something he’s been doing since 1994Fortunately, he is the lone vote voting against, so he is safe in not having his grandstanding intrude upon our finances..
That will not be the case if he is elected treasurer.. We will rue the day this man takes over our treasury.
I am not the first person to discuss this… It has been online for a while over here…
I’m sure that some people who think the government is just a big sump hole sucking down money, may actually cheer the headline shouting that “Bonini says no…”
But isn’t voting down a budget, knowing ti will get passed anyway, awfully irresponsible? Isn’t it a harmful stunt?
Instead of digging and coming up with solutions, Bonini votes no on the digging and negotiated consensus done by others… Like every other legislator, he hasn’t read the budget before he votes. He votes no, not on principal, but on the hope it earns brownie points come election time.
By voting no, what has Colin Bonini tried to stop?
Just this year, he tried to stop fund authorized for the North Wilmington Library! (Bond Bill pg 21)
He tried to stop all funding for Delaware’s Museums! (Bond Bill pg 21)
He tried to stop the building of a library in the City of Dover (Bond Bill pg 21)
He voted against any funding for all Delaware’s correctional facilities… (Bond Bill pg 26)
He voted against each and every beach preservation project in the state of Delaware… (Bond Bill pg 27)
He voted against improving water quality.. (page 27)
He even voted against putting limits on how much land the state could buy… (page 27)
He voted against all funding of Delaware Seashore and the Indian River Marina… (page 28)
He voted against responsible waterway management. (page 29)
He voted against all Clean Water funding. (page 29)
He voted against spending any money to fix Delaware’s roads… (page 30)
He voted against funding for red light safety enforcement…(page 36)
He voted against any funding to preserve Delaware’s farms. (page 41)
He even voted against funding the Delaware National Guard, while they were on active duty overseas!
Yes it may sound good to say “I never voted for a budget because I thought it had too much fat”.. But as you see above, it also has some rather essential services… If you don’t vote for them, what good are you … really?
Mr. Colin Bonini has the mistaken notion, that by turning his head away from the magazine stand in 7-11, he is eradicating pornography. He is doing no such thing… He is ignoring real problems and letting others do the work to deal with it.. then rushing in at the last minute saying… “wait, wait… that’s not good enough.. do it over…”
The people he works with in Delaware’s General Assembly just roll their eyes every June 30th, and look at him like he’s stupid.
It would be wise if Delaware’s voters did the same…..
The city of Newark has been trying to do it’s part in controlling misbehavior that occurs after drinking.
Townspeople have railed at them for not getting University of Delaware students to behave, and so they instituted a policy that holds business owners responsible, when and if they are deemed to run a disreputable business.
Although that may sound good to people who hate fun and drinking, it may not bode well for businesses considering setting up an establishment in Newark.
“Good”, some Council members say: “we don’t want their kind here anyway”. And they may have a couple of residents who will back them up… After all, Grotto’s belongs at the beach. Get rid of it on Main Street; they serve beer… Let’s get rid of all the Grotto’s while we’re at it! No one likes their pizza anyway.
Unbeknown to every Newark business, this law is in the books of Newark’s code.
For residents who are tired of loud behavior, that is a breath of fresh air. Now, they may finally get relief from those college students peeing in their bushes…
However, for a business, there is no set level that must take effect, before the implementation of the following penalties. It’s as if your boot camp drill instructor stood you at attention and told you that if you moved in the slightest, he/she would slam you with a baseball bat… With no parameters set, no time limit given, eventually you shuffle, and BAM, right into the back of your medulla….
Last Wednesday, at an well known established on Main Street, two girls got into a bitch yip. They were quickly ushered out of the building by management and employees. Calm was restored. But some random person called the police, who arrived after the incident was over. They arrested the two girls who were still hanging around outside, and then came in, handcuffed the assistant manager, and took them all to the police station, where they charged the girls with disorderly conduct, and the manager for running a disreputable business… Grottos… a disreputable business?… Has everyone on Newark’s council lost their mind?
A business is open to the public. A business can’t be responsible for every individual. No matter how much they try, they can’t be! They CAN be responsible for having systems in place, ones that that can be initiated if and when such a random unforeseen acts were to occur… But in this case, through a random system of events, an assistant manager is now going to have to pay at least 10% of his yearly income, hopefully put up by his company, to fight these charges. 10% of his income… His crime? He was scheduled to work that night… That’s it…
Or let’s put this irrationality in in a different way: it’s a given that Newark’s police are charged with policing the town. It’s also a given that City Council is the party responsible for all the laws made by the town. Check out this law.
302.9.3 Notice. Notice shall be as specified in this chapter. Notice to remove graffiti shall specify that it is unlawful for the owner or anyone who has primary responsibility for control of the property, or for maintenance or repair of the property, to permit property that is defaced with graffiti to remain defaced beyond a period of 10 days after service of notice as specified in this chapter.
Currently there is graffiti on property owned by the City of Newark.. The person ultimately responsible for that property, would be the acting manager, which in this case would be the mayor, and members of the City Council. They are the elected officials held accountable for the running of the city. As we can see, here is evidence that they broke the above statute by allowing a single individual to deface their property.
Under the same principals which they are applying to the business which silenced a girl spat, they, the mayor and council, as well as the police chief just for good measure, should be arrested by the citizens of Newark, and charged for violating these clauses listed above.. They too should get an arrest record, they too should be personally assessed court costs and lawyers fees, and they too, should suffer economic hardship, just because they happened to be he mayor and council at that time of the spray painting….
LAUGHABLE? EXACTLY!
If Newark is going to hold businesses accountable for every little detail written in code, then they need to hold themselves accountable as well. They too need to be arrested, because some individual over which they had no control, did not know how to behave…
“They ( mayor and council)… should have prevented it”, the towns people say… “Throw the mayor and council in jail”..
Bottom line, this type of adherence to the law is stupid. The municipal code needs to be modified before a conglomeration of businesses start filing suit against every police officer, every desk supervisor, every chief of police, every council member and even the mayor. They are open to personal suit, because the business from which the manager was arrested, actually did what the law implied. They stopped the fighting, shut it down, before anything serious happened… One would think from the reading of the law, that is how they would abide by it in that given situation. But no….
Now some random employee, will have to go to court, and if the judge is not reasonable, (which has been known to happen in small towns), he could forever have the stigma of a misguided police force, attached to his name…
The stupidity is not in the intent… The stupidity is the the implementation… There is no filter.
If what’s good for the goose is good for the gander… throw these elected bums into jail……

Marriage is between a man and a woman. It is natural law. Natural law is the organic basis of the Declaration and the foundation of our Constitution. You can use whatever basis you want to justify a law. The only question is does the law itself meet constitutional muster.
I don’t care if a ‘talking flower’ tells you to pass a law, if the law turns out to be constitutional, common sense, and the majority believe it to be good policy, there is no reason to oppose it. I may want to check your medication, but I won’t oppose the law. (Written by Delaware’s Republican Emeritus: David Anderson)
Obviously Christine O’Donnell is the talking flower to which David is referencing. He seems to be saying that despite it being her that initiates the anti gay law that is to come about soon, if the anti gay law gets offered even by her, because he deems it to be a Natural Law, it will be passed and the majority of people will rejoice that being anti gay now has legal sanction.
Ok, I understand where he’s coming from, and could support his premise on Natural Law.. For example, if we were talking about the restriction of murder, I would think his argument would apply… Murder is not specifically mentioned in the Constitution. However, the killing of another for sport or pleasure would violate some type of Natural Law, and therefore, even though it is not mentioned in the Constitution, the fact that it is not mentioned in the Constitution, cannot be used to make it legal to murder for sport and pleasure…
Where he errs … is in his interpretation of Natural Law. What is natural law? One must take the root, the word nature and look there for answers… He states that natural law is between a man and a women. I’m sorry, but Homo sapians is the only species that marries. Single cells divide. They procreate without sex. They are natural, Therefore cloning, which is the procreation without sex, shares enough similarity to be natural too. Therefore Natural Law, demands that cloning be endorsed by the Constitution.
Then there is same sex relationships, often involving ejaculation. In the plant kingdom, there are self fertilizing plants that propagate their single line of genes. They, of the same gender actually have the equivalent of sex, they share their pollen. They are natural. Therefore by Natural Law, the human equivalent, two females in proximity, can also share the equivalent of sex. Since our Constitution is run by Natural Law, there is no reason to refute it.. Therefore Natural Law, demands that two females having sex, be endorsed by the Constitution.
Recently I saw the funniest thing. A little dog and a big dog. The little dog had his paws on the big dogs head and was just humping away on the big dogs head while the big dog was giving the little dog the sniff over.. Both were males.. and both were wagging their tales, so obviously they both enjoyed it. since neither of them knew how to read, it would be a safe bet to say their action was sanctioned by Natural Law. They were doing what nature intended.. especially when they aren’t making babies. Since two males having fun sex is in nature, it is Natural Law that they be enabled to, and therefore…. The Constitution, being founded on Natural Law, thereby fully endorses the mutual enjoyment of sex between the same gender.
Anyone who says otherwise is an activist judge.
Marriage, however is not found in the natural world. I can only think of one species, owls, that mate for life.. there may be others, but their numbers are dwarfed by the numbers of species that have random sex. In fact, random sex seems to have the upper hand in Natural Law, much more than marriage.
In fact, if you use Natural Law as the basis for the Constitution, then, you must accept the argument that cloning and homosexuality have far more traction with the Constitution than does the institution of marriage. In fact, according to Natural Law, the argument of marriage being sanctioned under the Constitution is rather weak…
So we come down to this point. Banning gay sex, even banning gay marriage, has nothing to do with Natural Law. It it your law. There is nothing natural about it. It is simply put,. your law that you are imposing upon the rest of us..
One would think that as more and more Americans look at this issue each time you bring it up, and abandon your party and support instead, the right of every American to pursue sexual happiness in their own way, even getting married, , that the idea would begin to occur to you and your shrinking party, that perhaps you are wrong.
Perhaps it is not natural to limit marriage to a combination that one has to search nature high and low, even to find one example of it.. Quite possibly you are wrong on this. Natural Law would certainly imply it.
During WWII, Gen. Eisenhower wanted to weed his military of homosexuals. He was all set to do so until his administrative right hand, said, “uh.. excuse me Dwight, I’m homosexual.” And that was the end of that. Unlike today’s Republicans, Eisenhower was a wise man.
So Dave, if you want to keep losing more elections, keep touting marriage as Natural Law. We will pound your party into smithereens… as we have ever since your party began this nonsense in ‘06…
You may have missed this video, but not after today.
As everyone who has ever been inside our school system will tell you, these kids are what every teacher in Delaware has to deal with.. These problems are here, are the reason Delaware’s scores are too low, and definitely, are not limited to students of only one skin color. The problem lies in society’s pervasive attitude.
The reality is that kids have been put in control of the classroom,… not by teachers, but by our current philosophical system which gives an individual’s self esteem, far more ranking in importance than the education of a whole class…
This video is fascinating. Obviously, the end result is unacceptable, but all of us who watched it for the first time, secretly wished this teacher, instead of losing self control, had quietly pulled out a glock and made that one kid a little heavier with a few pieces of lead… Yeah, of course, we know it’s wrong… but we all watch movies and know, that is exactly what he deserved…
Which is why we have rules. But what is fascinating, is how all the rules were applied in sequential order by this teacher. and that one kid continued to disrupt. The Kafkan situation of continuing forward in such an environment, the insanity of trying to remain within the confines of normal behavior, actually made acting insane, the only rational method of taking back control of the classroom.. In case you missed the implication, today’s schools are so broken, that only insane behavior can become the rational course, leading to the desired result… Same thing happens in war. Same thing happens on our streets.
In public, lip service is given to isolating these problem kids, and removing them from classrooms. But when the parent storms into the principals office, or appears before the board of education, it is always the teacher who is at fault… Where does one go to find an administrator, school board, or principal with balls big enough to say… “Ma’am, get your ugly fat ass down here to take your kid home before I take him out and shoot him.. ‘”
Tell me with a straight face that the kid in the video should not be shot. If you disagree, you are pretending to hide your real feelings, simply to make you appear sanctimonious. Your honest real feelings would enjoy seeing the kid get blown away. For only then, would there be justice. Only then, would right triumph wrong, Only then, would good triumph over evil, and not… the other way around. ( If you’re hung up on prejudice, imagine him as a white kid, and tell me you would do the same!)
Until our laws return to back the disciplinarians, and not the criminals, we will continue being a third rate nation of the future, and as episodes like this show, we will always be…
Kids with stupid parents, need somewhere to go, other than school….. If parents can’t control their kids, and if those kids without real parents can’t control themselves, then teachers need be allowed to remove such problems permanently.
I hope this episode changes our national view as to what teachers deal with, and opens their eyes to the real problem that every waking moment, haunts our teachers fears….
Every teacher today, is saying… that guy could have been me…
