Charlie Copeland did as much as anyone in the entire state to scuttle and sabotage the Power Purchase Agreement. He was duplicitous, unscrupulous and an outright hypocrite every step of the way. I fought that battle long and hard and expended way to much valuable time and energy climbing obstacles that Mr. Copeland had strewn in the contracts path. I cannot emphasize enough the damage he did to the process and his continuing disingenuous and self-aggrandizing lies are offensive. You may post this comment wherever people who want the truth can read it.
